其实这几个概念已经很老了，为什么还要再单独拿出来炒冷饭呢？因为这个月已经在两个群里看到关于polygon到底是侧链还是Layer2的争论了🤣所以我先从这里开始入手
首先给定义，广义Polygon算是Layer2，狭义不属于Layer2
