the term "dispensary" may not be the most accurate description for a store that sells a wide variety of items, and "convenience store" or "grocery store" may be more fitting.

    their orientation is selling medicines and drugs at the beginning, that's why they call themselves dispensary, but now they are like grocery store more than just dispensary now
