好勁,越黎越貼近第一個目標175磅 (79.5公斤),達標之後再慢慢調節。

從數據上看,正常要調節至67公斤,即是150磅左右。

在我的印象中,150-160磅是沒有在腦海出現過的記憶。中學時代,每週都有不同的跑步訓練。雖然未至於日練夜練,但好像也未低過175磅。

加油,很接近了。
