第一，买房。中国人70%的资产都在房产，这是一个自杀性的资产配置，完全是赌博。一定要降低房产在总资产中的比例！

第二，把大量的金钱投给婚姻。拼命买房产，买汽车，支付彩礼，把自己全部的积蓄花光，还背上大量的债务。这完全是自杀式的赌博！
