According to Ukrainska Pravda, the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Service recently intercepted a phone call between a Russian soldier and his wife and published the content of their conversation as follows.
Russian soldier: "Baby, they're just khokhol (the Russian term of contempt for Ukrainians), they're just trash, just dust, damned people. Why do you care about them? Our country is going to disappear from the face of the earth. Our people will be killed there (Ukraine), and those who are not killed will prostrate themselves and beg for mercy. You have to forget about their (Ukrainians') country and it will cease to exist. Wait a little longer and it will be wiped off the face of the earth so that there will be no more hatred for khokhol. They are responsible for what they have done, so the sooner they die the better."
Russian soldier's wife: "What should we do with those children?"
