Assalamu Alaikum. Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am very well. My name is Aliya. This is my second time posting in this community. I have come up with a delicious recipe. The name of the dish is Faluda. Let's share Faluda recipe.
To make faluda I first prepared two colored jellies. One is red colored jelly and the other is green colored jelly. First I took some water in a container. Then I poured the jelly that I had bought into the water, first the red colored jelly. After stirring for 4/5 minutes, I put it in a bowl to cool. Then I also shook the green jelly in a container to cool.
On the other hand, I burned about a liter of milk on the stove. After heating the milk for a while, I added soap to it and added raisins, sugar, some noodles. Then shake everything well. I boiled the milk well for 30 to 35 minutes. After boiling it well, I kept the milk in a container to cool down for some time.
Once cooled, I put the scalded milk and two jellies in the fridge to chill a bit more. After 30 to 40 minutes in the fridge I took out the two and the jelly. Now it's time to decorate. First I cut some fruits for decoration. I cut apples and bananas.
I cut the frozen jelly into small pieces with a knife.
Then I decorated the glass. First I decorated it beautifully from the glass with Roo Afza. Then one by one milk mixture red jelly then again banana again milk mixture again green jelly on top of that apple again milk mixture then jelly like this I arranged it beautifully one by one. Finally I gave ice cream and on ice cream I put Roo Afza.
Faluda is loved by everyone. It is a very tasty dish. We make it almost every time. Everyone in our house loves it. Hope you like it too.
