Contest: The undiscovered dressmaker

As this contest implies, I work hand-in-hand with my favourite dressmaker. We're family. So most times, I designed my dresses myself. Take a look at the picture made by him and me as well. This exclusive suit was made by him as he's popularly known for his perfection in making coats/suits.

There's no place I'll wear this jacket/suit to that people's eyes won't be on. I'm always asked who sew it and how it can be sewn for them. This perfectly made suit made my dressmaker which turns out to be my dad popular in my city. He had more customers from this suit and various clothes sewn by him.

In fact, I opened a page for us on Facebook social media platform. We sampled clothes sewn and get positive feedback from those whose clothes we sew. What does it feels like to wear an exclusive cloth in town. The dressmaker has more praise.

Here's a picture of the clothes I sew personally. The material just made the Shirt a perfect one that goes well with just any trouser asides shouting colored trousers like pink, yellow and the likes. The shirt material is made of deep blue and sky blue colors mixed together with white. It just look perfect in picture.

I also sew this senator although my dad helped me complete due to my unstable nature. I wore this Senator to a funeral of my friend's mother in Abia state, Nigeria. I just had to wear something presentable as I was going to another man's land

As I said earlier, my favorite dressmaker is my dad and I've known him since childbirth. He has been seeing exotic clothes for me as a child till date. I'm patiently learning from him so as to be perfect as he is.

I love his creation because it's just perfect. People barely find fault in his creation since he started sewing. My dad started sewing at an early age and as he's grown, he is just too good in it. When he relocated to a new place, he lost customers though but most of them had to call him on phone and ask for current location. They don't mind spending much on transportation so far as they get the quality they desire.

He has also won contracts from schools which he passionately delegate some of the work to me and other tailor so as to deliver in time. I also love his creation because he straight sewing and techniques in sewing is just on point. If there's anything I love, it is his being honest in his business dealings. He doesn't disappoint his customers.

If he has lots of work on his table and someone brings a cloth to him seeking immediate delivery, he'll kindly tell the person to give another tailor instead of collecting the clothes. For this, many have linked their friends to sew with him. Even though he's advanced in age, he sews perfectly. He's my perfect and favourite dressmaker. While he sews my suits, I sew my shirts, trousers and senators.

He's my dad and has many years of experience in this field. What he would want others to do to him, he would do to them. He detests any sort of dishonesty especially in his business dealings with others irrespective of the background, whether rich or poor.

He charges the less privilege the same way he charges the rich. He doesn't charge the rich higher than he does the poor or vice versa. I can't get his picture on my phone because he dislike being on camera.

That's my favorite dressmaker for you. His consistency marvels me. In as much as the work is tedious, he doesn't give up easily. If he says he'll complete a task today, he'll definitely complete it even if it means he work during the night.
