Dark matter and dark energy

If I talk about my today's topic then I am going to share about dark matter and dark energy so let me delve into its depth!

If I talk about brief history of dark matter and dark energy then we all know that universe is very diverse and mysterious place in which there are a lot of of galaxies, stars as well as planets.Regardless of its vastness universe is not completely understood.

There are many scientists which are estimating that only around 5% of universe is made of ordinary matter that is sort of matter which we may see and interact.If I talk about remaining 95% of universe then it is said that it is made up of dark matter and dark energy so let's have a detailed look at both of these mysterious entities!

Dark matter

If I talk about dark matter then it's a sort of matter which is not emitting, absorbing as well as reflecting electromagnetic radiation which make it invisible to telescopes.Regardless of elusive nature presence of dark matter may be inferred due to its gravitational effects at visible matter.

If I give an example then galaxies rotates at a very high velocity than expectations so it suggest that there is huge amount of unseen mass which hold them together.In a similar way distributing galaxy clusters as well as large scale structure of universe may be explained through dark matter presence.

If I talk about properties of dark matter then it is made up of those massive particles that weakly interact with each other as well as that have an interaction with normal matter just through weak nuclear forces or gravity.

Dark matter nature is also cold so it means that its movement is really slow in comparison of speed of light.In this way it's in contrast with hot dark matter that may comprises of particles which moves at relativistic velocity.

If I talk about dark energy then it's an entity which is responsible for acceleration of expansion of this universe.In late 1990 scientists observed about expansion of universe that it is not going to slow down as there is expectation of it because gravitational pull of matter.Regardless of that expansion were accelerating it suggested that there was sort of energy which is spreading in whole universe which was pushing matter apart.So it's an energy referred to as dark energy.

If I talk about properties of dark energy then it's a sort of negative pressure which is spreading in whole universe.It is considered as dynamic entity so it means that its density will alter as time passes.There are different scientists which are able for constraining dark energy characteristics by observations of cosmic microwave background radiation or large scale structure of universe.

If I talk about relationship between dark matter and dark energy then they are two different entities which are considered for making up majority of universe.But they are also considered as being connected in different ways with each other.

If I give an example then there are some of scientists who consider that dark energy may be a characteristic of dark matter instead of a separate entity.Some people believe that dark matter and dark energy may be two sides of same coin as if I talk about dark matter then it provides gravitational scaffolding for whole universe and dark energy its used to drive its accelerating expansion.
