Quantum computing and blockchain both are revolutionising technologies which gave ability of transformation of different industries and also our lives.Quantum computing is an innovative thing for computation which is using principles of quantum mechanics for the purpose of performing calculations which are more fast in speed and more efficient in efficacy in comparison to classical computers but blockchain is sort of distributed ledger technology which is useful for enabling safest, efficient as well as tamper-proof storing of information and transmission of data.

Quantum computers break different encryption algorithms now a days in significant way and this is utilised for securing blockchain transactions.On other hand these may be useful in creating innovative and quantum-resistant algorithms of encryption. Development of quantum-resistant encryption algorithms is most important area for researchers to make research which depends on lattice-based cryptography and code-based cryptography. These are some of algorithms which are most resistant for quantum malicious attacks and may be useful for securing transactions at blockchain.

Development of most scalable and efficient quantum computing can also be great for making research.In this way development of more innovative quantum computing architectures like topological quantum computers and adiabatic quantum computers may occurs.
