So gusy today I am telling about fast(roza)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Fasting to avoid Hell
There is a shield
Therefore (fasting) should not talk obscenely
Nor the words of ignorance
And if any person
Fight or abuse him
So just answer that
It must be that I am fasting,
(These words) twice (say)
By this caste
In whose hand is my soul
Smell the fasting person's face
Musk in the sight of Allah
More than just a scent
Favorite and pure,
Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
The servant ate his own food
And he gives up his lust for me, fasting is for me and I will repay him for it and the reward for (other) good deeds is ten times the real goodness.
