“One of the worshipers of the Children of Israel spent seventy years fasting and jihad during the day and praying at night. Seventy years later, a revelation came to the prophet of that time:
"Go and tell him that your seventy years of hard work have been wasted. I have not accepted any of your good deeds." When Allah's Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told him, he got up and started doing "Wajd" happily. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was astonished. What a pity it is to lose a day's labor. Seventy years of worship have been wasted. ''he said:
“Beloved Prophet of Allah! I'm not crazy, the thing is, it's not my job to accept, it's my job to worship. So I did my job. At that moment the revelation came: "Tell him everything is acceptable." ''
