Hi steemians,
We are already in the second week of curation with TEAM-4 and so we are here to present our 2nd report of the month of January as of today, 12th of January 2023. This week, @petface had to curate for 2-days taking the day of @sduttaskitchen since she won't be available next week. So @sduttaskitchen will also have to curate for 2-days next week. This is team spirit and we will always ensure we cover up for our team members because we can't predict tomorrow as things may always tight up some curators
We were able to curate articles written by Steemians which are supervised by our team, TEAM-4 and using the @steemcurator07 curation account, while keeping objective, impartiality and honest work in choosing the best posts of the week.
During the week, were able to fully used all the 7-days of the week to work and curate hundreds of articles written by great authors.
Our week ran smoothly in the respective days of of which we were able to carry out curation and we were able to curate 174 posts and 33 comments, giving us a total of 207 posts curated by TEAM-4. We noticed that each community is making efforts to stand out by creating different dynamics for users to work on.

- @steemdoctor1 observation on Friday
This Friday was a very great day for me while curation. I have visited different communities and various tags to support the quality content so that I could be able to find quality everywhere. Many informative posts and interesting articles were curated by me. I finished my curation day quite early and did it in a single shift because I have a busy routine after that. So, overall I enjoyed curating the quality posts on the platform.
- @lhorgic observation on Saturday
My curation experience for the week was interesting as usual. My expectation wasn't cut short at all instead I experienced more than I anticipated. I voted more post in the club5050 category this week. It's a good thing to know that users are really complying and giving themselves to the power up and club initiative. Even the newcomers are strictly complying. This is quite encouraging. I look forward to having more fascinating experience even as I carry out my duty. Gracias!
- @karianaporras observation on Sunday
On Sunday I started the curation at 6 am, I had already read many good publications previously from various communities and most of the users within the club5050, I found very good content, well referenced images, various topics, including newspapers, food, crafts, promo-steem and each with a personal touch that makes them unique. The people joined the different clubs and contributed 25% to null, a very productive day where I was able to vote 26 publications and 3 good comments.
- @petface observation on Monday
It was a pleasure curating this Monday as there were so many fabulous posts to choose from. I was really pleased to see how vibrant and lively the Steemit platform is right now just after the holidays. There were plenty of comments to go through as well which didn’t just get a reply from the author of the article but ended up as proper discussions. In terms of tags I noticed that #creativewriting has been used more often with the bloggers doing their best to get to the bottom of an event or an experience. As far as the visual side of an article is concerned featuring a collage of photographs seems to be quite trendy now.
- @petface observation on Tuesday
Another exciting and of course busy day curating on the platform as next week I will be travelling across Iceland hoping to see and photograph the brightest Northern lights. So it goes without saying that I am really grateful that @sduttaskitchen agreed to swap days with me. Enough about me for now and back to what the others did. More bloggers posted #thediarygame related articles which is a lovely way to keep being active here when nothing really special has actually happened. Others chose to take part in contests and engagement challenges which encourage the Steemians to look beyond the communities and meet more like-minded people. Again there were lots of comments available which in a way also measure how successful an article is.
- @fantvwiki observation on Wednesday
Overall the second week became an interesting day to carry out curation tasks, I found a lot of good and quality content in terms of presentation. This is all inseparable from the season seven engagement Challenge contest that has started, but unfortunately, many good posts have post titles that are too long. If you use more efficient and effective words, then the google Search Engine may place Content on Steemit at the top of search keywords. And this is very beneficial to make Steemit widely known again, so it is valuable for the Platform.
- @chiabertrand observation on Thursday
During this 2nd week of curation, I ensured that I visit both communities and blogs of individuals so as to ensure that I shouldn't skipped any good quality post. I also tried to search for #tags so that I could also support a great number of good articles. In general, it was a great tore navigating in different Communities, tags and blogs of individuals so as to support them. I also tried as much as possible to support good quality comments and I was impressed with how good some comments were.
In conclusion, It was another great week as I was able to support a Total of 26 posts and 6 comments from different authors

Opinion: My pick for this week is a Club5050 user from venezuela whose post falls under #food category. The user shared with her readers the health benefit of taking banana coupled with the nutritional value one stands to benefit from consuming this fruit. She also showed in her post how she makes her banana juice, thereby encouraging her reader to try out the home made banana juice. Altogether the message was successfully communicated.

Opinion: Today the user @katherine012 shows us in a clear, concise and detailed way the process of planting and harvesting of beans, the contributions to the body of these grains and with her own images she supports this publication. Each image is well referenced using What3Words and culminates with a beautiful and simple video of her own showing the step by step from planting to take it to the table of the homes.

Opinion: A post inspired by a contest which made the author summarise important 2022 events. She shares fantastic family related memories including birthday celebrations, reuniting with her sister and renewing wedding vows. The author even attended Steemit meetups which I find a wonderful opportunity to put faces to the screen names of some of the bloggers here. She replied to all the comments that her article received. I also like the captions underneath every photograph that she featured here as they tell us a bit more about the images.

Opinion: One of the most detailed diary posts that I have read recently which covers every little thing throughout the day spent with friends and family. The author is lucky to have her young boy cook tasty meals at home. I like that she takes her Steemit activities seriously and made the platform an important part of her daily routine. She used good quality photos and she included a description for each one of them. My favourite image featured here is actually the rice that her son undeniably made with lots of love and care.

Opinion: As far as what I saw and read on my assignment schedule to curate on Team 4 on Wednesday, I found at least 3 pretty good posts. But in the end, I found a promotional post that was complete enough to read in my opinion, combined with good news elements made the content that happened to be posted on the Hot News community really worthy of my choice. An interesting presentation element and an easy-to-understand language style is the value that I consider. It's quite nice if many authors make useful content, so Steemit as a social media has more value as a news and information reference platform.
