    In theory, I guess they could. Since (by default), the account creator is the recovery account, then if whoever is in charge of the recovery account decided to recover it, they could take over the account.

    I've never tested this theory but I assume that this is what the recovery account does.

    So emptying their wallet, yes (via the above method). Muting an account from steemit.com, yes (via the steemit.com front-end). Deleting an account, no.

    You see the double standard and hypocrisy i was talking about

    The post by kookd was not voted for but same picture from other person then it gets vote from steemcrrator01
    Why must that happen
    Vote for quality post dont vote for peoples you know
