Hi, all fellow Steemians,
Good evening from Canberra,
By the time I started writing this report, I did not see much in the name of new ideas for season 24. On the SEC front, I am surprised to see that there are too few ideas so far. I guess things should come back to normal, although the picture is not clear yet.
I have always believed that marketing is a fun field where you can use your creativity to solve problems. Marketing is all about brainstorming for creative solutions and innovative ideas, developing new ways to implement them, and implementing strategies that benefit the company.
So I followed this rule when submitting my pitch and formed a team of four instead of a single man's team to encourage collaboration and cooperation. All we have to do is add a little creativity in the fiction niche.
This week I gave more time to Steemit to make up for the last two weeks, but most of my writing revolved around the travel niche. I was not surprised that Steem was trading within a limited circle, so there was nothing much to gain or lose.
My power-ups
I am at 47 K mark and am looking forward to adding as many SP as I can. Offline, I was busy with my official project, which is back in full swing, but I will see to it that I add a few more accounts to my existing list of clients. I am sure I will do something that brings more business to my company in the coming months. As I said, I visited a few of my old clients and started working on developing a couple of new accounts.
I continued posting in the traveling niche.

Newbie Promotional Program
A New Initiative to help newbies
As I have been reporting, I changed my "Newbie Promotional Program." I have raised the rank limit from 50 to 55, as I feel this will give me a little more liberty to select promising Steemians.
To support newbies, I am already doing as much despite being busy with offline activities but planning to help them in their writing journey on Steemit with a couple of new strategies that will encourage them to share about their region and country. I hope I am better prepared now to do that in the new learning season and travel to Steem if all goes according to my plan.
I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive.
This week my online activities were in full swing, so I visited and found promising authors from the newcomers' community and selected my quota of two of the best, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries, but I couldn't spend time with newbies on their or my posts as much as I generally do.
I supported two more newbies, with a difference this week as I added two beneficiaries in my one post. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.
My selected users
As a routine, I selected "newbie," @eduaimar the first beneficiary of the week.
I selected for this post:
¡Bienvenidos a mi pequeño rincón en la web!
As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.
I posted a comment on his post.
My second newbie beneficiary is @zaharafaisal
For this post
Achievement 1 : My Steemit Introduction Post
My post for both of these users:
A missed out opportunity but no regrets
A message on that post, whom I have set as beneficiaries in this post.
Moderator Duty
I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time but had too few real travel posts, but mostly diary posts. However, the travelers posting their travel experiences compensated for my time and efforts.
Again, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to support them in spreading awareness and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem, but there were not many newcomers this week that came to seek my support; rather, they kept tagging me in their posts.
My Account Summary
My CSI is up to the mark this week as I was online for this week, so I visited as many posts as I normally do. That means I am back and doing my job as usual this week.
These are my regular posts
As usual, I am going to do my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.
I sincerely assure all Steemians that I will work harder in the coming weeks in case my plan for SC works according to my plan.
That's all for this week!
Thanks all; have a nice time ahead.
Yours sincerely,

To be honest if I read this I don't understand 50% of the time what you talk about or refer to.
It's a good thing only those who know you read you.
Back to normal? You mean profit for a few communities followed by a flood of AI comments?
Will you also host if you are not chosen for #learnwithsteem like aneukpineung78 and I did?
Pity we did not see you or your support once after showing/saying how disappointed and angry you were.
If it comes to back to normal: that period passed. Back, staying far back behind is not only what Steemit did/does for years but there is also a huge lack of marketing. Innovation and flexibility next to will is needed to try out something new, clean up and start a new trend. Can it be Steemit isn't young enough?
I wish you all the best.

Does it make any difference to anyone how angry or disappointed I am including the management? BTW, I am not the one who gets disappointed or angry easily otherwise I won't be in marketing profession. I know I will not get selected and I see the management needs something which no one has offered so far. The offered projects have nothing that will make me attracted anyways so I will concentrate on my travel blogging.

I don't believe those active in marketing are rarely disappointed or not easily but that's not important more important is: Why is it that you wouldn't be selected? You are an SR too and it sounds to me that's not what everyone can, will or is allowed to do or is it something you simply did announce and do?
I agree with you that what is offered isn't something I would like to join. Can be the age, or life skills or different interests and indeed there are other reasons too.
A good weekend, enjoy the travels and blogging.

Or all of it or maybe none of it or "Just not interested in none of these as they don't sound creative to you or me." Let's see what's in the store!

I believe I will not even look. I didn't see much in the past months and have plenty things I like to do.
A great weekend!
