Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good Morning from India.

This is 15th August, and this day is special for us Indians, as we got our independence on this day in 1947. Let me begin with that I spent last week writing reports, first my SR and then the first week's curation report for Team Professional. I know both of them had some plus points but also a few points that I would love to forget in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, I completed my weekly duty as moderator on Travelling Steem, but there was nothing much to do thanks to SC Season-19 so that was not a problem, but I did all my duties as expected with full dedication and to the best of my abilities.

Meanwhile, I am trying clickbait experiments in the Dream Steem community especially as the keyword this week was "MALPRACTICE". As a marketing professional, I know how to deal with it, so I did a couple of posts in the fiction genre, and I feel I did okay.

Posting in the fiction genre regularly is my favorite writing style that provides me immense satisfaction, but as usual, I participated in SEC and won none last week, as I have already won in all three in season 19 that I took part in.

Back to my mission of supporting newbies, as you all know, I visit newbies' posts regularly and keep them as beneficiaries in my posts every week. However, I am enjoying my hunt for newbies, and this week I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my posts.

I am working on my "Newbie Support Program," even if I sound like I have withdrawn my support for them. As I mentioned in my last report, I will keep supporting newbies because the joy of watching a smile is incomparable to anything else. Once again, I hope the community curators and community owners will do their best to encourage those who actually need our support.

I selected my first "Newbie" @ramadhayani84 the first beneficiary of the week I selected her for her post.

Malpractices: Big v/s small

In this post, I have again invited newbies, whom I have set as beneficiaries in different posts I did in different communities.

I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

My second newbie beneficiary is @vineemerald

Here is the post by my second beneficiary.

My Steemit Introduction

Here is my post

Steemit Engagement Challenge / SEC-S19 / W6

I am glad at least one of them loved it because she responded positively acknowledged my comment and mentioned me this time around. I am glad that the user has started posting in the Dream Steem community and even got a curator's vote.

As usual, I am trying my best by talking to them through different channels, spreading awareness, and even getting help from newcomers' community moderators and other learned members of this site.

As a moderator of Travel Steem, if I see a newbie who needs my help, I try my best to support them by voting them up as per their post quality. And this time there was nothing much that needed my intervention. But yes, I tell the newbies how to use tags correctly or if I find any new users making any basic mistakes.

As I said while scouting for the newbies, I did my regular posts, including one power-up post, as I have almost reached 33k Steem Power and I am powering up every Steem and maintaining my club100 status right from the beginning.

Here is my latest Power-Up post, and my next power up of about 250-300 SP is due within 3 days.

"HWC Contest #73|| POWERUP & WIN WEEK 50 by @dove11 200 SP

Here is my wallet report for the last three months.

Once again, as SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but as I have mentioned time and again, I still see a lot of attempts to game the system, and I am not alone, as I can see everyone who has dealt with them officially feels the same and everyone is trying to spread awareness. I am glad the Steem Team is transferring all my big votes to this community.

I have participated in at least 3-4 SEC posts every week and am doing at par as I haven't won any in the last two weeks. However, I am glad the communities are organizing the contests differently from the old format of question-answer type contests, and that's what makes these contests more interesting.

I must admit it's a welcome change. As I said before, the newly included teams are doing fine and members are enjoying the tutorials, but I have yet to participate in any of them. I hope this move by the site management will improve and make this platform even better.

My Account Summary

Screenshot (2197).png

My CSI is normally in the range of 15-20, which shows that I am supporting all who need my support, however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.

I am writing my regular posts, and this week was no different as I posted at least one every day and did a satisfactory job and I am fully fit now.

These are my regular posts

As I said, we continue to support newbies in the Dream Steem Community through various methods. As far as I am concerned, I set the community as a beneficiary in almost all my posts, along with Burnsteem25, which helps different causes. I have set low level members and the community as beneficiaries in most of my posts, along with # null.

This week I could not participate in all challenge contests and performed subpar; however, I did 10 posts and engaged in interacted as much as I could.

In the end, as a Steem Representative, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

Thanks all my Steemian friends, have a good time ahead.

Yours Sincerely

@dove11

Hello @dove11 I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for being a beneficiary of your support. Your contribution I believe is going to make a significant impact on my journey, and I'm thrilled that it will be a long-term investment in my growth and success in steemit.
With your support, I'm committed to continuously producing high-quality content that resonates with our audience and exceeds expectations. I'm dedicated to using this opportunity to refine my skills, explore new ideas, and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Thank you. I'm excited to make you proud and demonstrate the value of your investment. Here's to a bright future filled with creativity, innovation, and excellence!

Welcome 👍

I like to hear how the owner of a community should support newbies. I don't see that easily happening especially not if the owners are never around next to that it will be very hard to recognize a newbie if the owner hardly moderates and participants are all not more than a number.

If it comes to hashtags... the average response is negative and the high level is on average worse. They don't care and ignore reports, comments, and so on, the same for the rules set by the community.

I wish you fun on Steemit and hope your hands feel better than mine.

My answer is straightforward. I feel a couple of like-minded people come forward and create a community/section, especially for newbies that post within the guidelines and rules.

All newbies are welcome in the freewriters

I can give you/them a topic in ᔕᑕᗷ ᗰOᑎKEY ᗷᑌᔕIᑎEᔕᔕ let me know about the idea.

I assume @steembetterlife and knack4buzz isn't a problem either. Same for Steemit Italy and boylikegirl.club

@iranwadedy @mikitaly @solperez

I hope you are aware that Dreem Steem also allows members to participate without any club affiliation. We only ask for steem exclusive and bot free, rest is fine. I mostly submit my posts with newbies as beneficiaries in Dreemsteem so that they can join and participate.

I don't think there's any need to mention a community you started. I thought you hoped, and asked for communities or a space in a community where they are welcome and can write, practice or figure out what their niche is.

I will post a small topic in SCB and it's up to whoever likes to be there what s/he will do with it.
SCB has no intention to host anything, it's about topics, information, different experiences, and hopefully, answers if there are doubts, questions, or frustrations and there are many I hear them daily. I will post them in my name and what the reader or those I tagged do with it is up to him/her.

The contests I host are for all Steemians and a clubstatus is not required. In average I do not see many join although it is and easy way to win and generate Steem to grow. If it comes to contest... there are plenty of comment contests where one can leave a comment, interact with others and practice.
Italy has two, so has knack 4 buzz. I also like to add that if there are other contests one can need and it is helpful if #newcomer or #noclub is used and not all three.
Also good for SC if you ask me.

I will post something now and add a part of what we wrote here. My fingers hurt and for sure yours are too.
