Hi, all fellow Steemians,
Good morning from India,
It was rather an interesting week since there was no SEC, so I took the liberty to post in random fiction contests, and that proved fruitful for me. Meanwhile, I posted a few comments on so-called big accounts and got no answers. I then decided to do a post and to my surprise that was well received.
I once again request the developers on behalf of the users to restore the auto-draft saving facility to save our work, because this week again I lost my content thrice when I was about to click on the "Submit" button.
Besides this comment post, I participated in a couple of contests by newly formed communities namely Steem Nations and The Creative Pulse communities besides my home community Dream Steem, and had a lot of fun.
Last week, I was again trying something different, writing all fiction, an experiment in different communities, and I did that to the best of my satisfaction, with three posts under the single keyword QUESTIONMARKS, and felt good as I did it with a free mind.
I love posting in the fiction genre regularly, so this week I did two posts in Venezolanos Steem Community, and I am glad I did that successfully.
This SEC season I applied for SEC 20 with a team, namely, "Dev's Teaching Team," because I thought I had something where I could say something and also share my business management knowledge with Steemians. I am glad I did that and got selected.
As the Steemblog is out to experiment with this new idea of teaching teams for Season 20 I feel it might click if the right topics get a chance and change the way how the challenge contests have worked so far.
I agree with Steemblog that the current format was getting too monotonous, and this current move should give a chance to individuals/teams to conduct the contests more creatively. I am sure the regular communities will come up with new ideas if the trend continues in the coming months.
As I said, I spent last week writing for different contests and hunting for newbies besides doing my duty as I had nothing much to do after my session as a community curator was over. I visited as many posts by newbies and selected some of the best, irrespective of their ranks, club status, communities, and countries.
Meanwhile, I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which again made reading travel posts a joy especially a post by @vivigibelis
Back to my mission of supporting newbies, as you all know, I visit newbies' posts regularly and keep them as beneficiaries in my posts every week.
This week was no different. I continued my hunt for newbies, and this week again I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. I am planning to dissociate from communities and work independently, especially for newbies.
As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel great when I see the newbies taken by surprise when they read my comments on their posts. Once again, I hope the community curators and community owners will do their best to encourage those who actually need our support.
A New Initiative to Help Newbies
I selected my first "Newbie" @roland222 the first beneficiary of the week I selected him for his post.
The Diary Game 24/08/24: salida con amigos
Here is my post
In this post, I have again invited newbies, whom I have set as beneficiaries in different posts I did in different communities.
I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.
My second newbie beneficiary is @dumith
Here is the post by my second beneficiary.

QUESTIONMARKS- Do you think we should allow drugs openly???
I am glad one of them responded positively and acknowledged my comment.
As usual, I am trying my best by talking to them through different channels, spreading awareness, and even getting help from newcomers' community moderators and other learned members of this site. However, there was a stray incident when a newbie approached me on Discord and asked for undue favor.
As a moderator of Travel Steem, I support newbies and help them by trying my best by voting them up as per their post quality.
I did my regular posts, including power-up posts this week, as I have almost reached 34k Steem Power and I am powering up every Steem and maintaining my club100 status right from the beginning.
This week I Powered-Up as usual and hope my next Power-Up comes within the next three days. Here are my power-ups for the month of August.
Once again, as SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but as I have mentioned time and again, I still see a lot of attempts to game the system, and I am not alone, as I can see everyone who has dealt with them officially feels the same and everyone is trying to spread awareness. I am glad the Steem Team is transferring all my big votes in this community.
As I said before, the newly included teams are doing fine and members are enjoying the tutorials, and here more of them have their chance to grab the opportunity in the 20th season.
My Account Summary
My CSI is normally in the range of 15-20, which shows that I am supporting all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.
These are my regular posts
As I have always said, I support as many newbies as I can through various methods, including setting them as a beneficiary in 2-3 of my posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for low-level members according to their quality of posts and support them as a member and in my capacity of community curator and Steem representative.
In the end, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.
That's all for this week!
Thanks, dear Steemians, have a good time ahead,
Yours Sincerely
