Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from India,

May the magic of Christmas fill your heart and home with warmth, peace, and happiness.

We had a great time with relatives and friends as this week was different and certainly not run of the mill but more busy offline than online yet everything went smooth. I have almost finalized all terms and conditions with my director of marketing and projects for my upcoming project in Australia starting February 2025.

It was not different from last week because once again I did not find contests to participate in. I guess there were a few reasons, like the boom in Steem rates is losing its charm and the new learning season has not enough that fits in my niche of writing. I guess I will have to write in the general category unless I find something interesting.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the Steemit Awards selection process so I took my chance, posted my choices, and now eagerly waiting for the result.

Even if I was not online as much as I wanted to be, I posted at least one post a day. I wrote another power-up post, adding SP to my wallet, and I am well past 42.3K SP, including the balance yet to be powered up that I intend to power up again in a few days.

I feel the crypto market has lost some of its initiative boom and is going down slowly, or maybe it will come back when Trump takes over in January. I still spent time on the crypto wallets, but nothing much happened.

In the first week of December, I started a gifting contest in Traveling Steem. I skipped the contest in the second week but skipped the second and again commenced it in the third, and yesterday I posted the last of this series.

I hope my fellow Steemians will feel the joy of giving at Christmas and New Year.

The Final Gift Exchange Contest for Christmas and New Year and result of last week

I hope it works this time around, and Steemians enjoy the holiday season, as it’s time to embrace the spirit of giving and celebrating the joy of giving, receiving, friendship, and adding up to the festive mood.

I see everything is normal apart from a few newcomers approaching me with their problems of not getting the approval. I refer their cases to the right authorities for their attention.

I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for the best posts according to their quality and support them in my capacity as moderator and Steem Representative.

As usual, my online or offline activities did not stop me from visiting and finding promising authors from the newcomers' community and selecting my quota of two of the best, under 50 rank, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries.

As always, I spent time with a couple of newbies on their or my posts. I feel like more and more newbies are getting in touch with me, and that's heartwarming when they are among them as they approach me.

My Newbie Program

A New Initiative to help newbies

I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.

My selected users

As a routine, I selected the first "newbie," the first beneficiary of the week, @gracyc

I selected for this post:

As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I posted a comment on this post, and she responded immediately.

My second newbie beneficiary is @naina9

I am glad she responded to my message.

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time but had too few travel posts, but mostly diary posts. However, five or six posts from travelers posting their travel experiences compensated for my time and efforts.

On my support front as an SR and a moderator, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to guide them. For instance, this user writes regularly in Traveling Steem but needs a few suggestions.

I am still worried about the diary section, as I reported last week, most of these posts do not qualify, so I would like the Steemit Team to come out with a few guidelines because most posts have nothing new but almost the same words every day, with a few changed images. I wonder what most of these users do for a living!

I am proud to announce that as an SR and a moderator, I try my best to support all good posts, but let me request the authorities once again that the SRs get more power to support Steemians with extra voting power to talented Steemians.

My Account Summary

Screenshot (2646).png

As usual, my CSI is between 10 and 15, as I support all who need it; however, this week, I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy with other assignments.

These are my regular posts.

Despite all the shortcomings, I have posted daily and kept my club status at 100%. Again, I admit that there are too few 'learning contests' in season 23 within my reach, but I will try to post in as many as possible.

Ultimately, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

I wish you all a great holiday season.

Yours sincerely

You are an inspiration to all. There are some people who do not keep their success to themselves but share it with others and you are one of them. You are a great person. Once again thank you very much for selecting my post and supporting me. Can you please guide me what kind of content should I create and which community should I start with?

@naina, I can't suggest you what communities you should join and post but all I can suggest you to go to this blog by @disconnect every day and find what suits you best. I can assure you if you do that the chances are you will grow faster (I did the same and still do)
