Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from India,

I am continuously having a great time with relatives and friends because I am on a cyber detox campaign; therefore, there is nothing much going on online for me. I am preparing for my next project onsite; therefore, before I start my project, I want to stay away from various online activities.

However, even though partying and enjoying with friends and relatives, walking and enjoying in the nature I am off the internet which means, I am doing nothing except working on Steemit before getting busy with my project starting within the next three weeks. All said and done, I am doing enough posts on Steemit even if there's nothing for me in the official contests.

Once again, this week was a routine, but I was busier offline than online, yet everything went smoothly. On learning season, it was not different from last week because once again I found no contests to participate in.

On the Steem front, I lost my interest after constantly losing in Steem trading. I guess I was wrong when I said the Steem market was going to stay bullish, but it came down to TL as long as I am here on Steemit, but no worries, as it gives me another opportunity to stay away from crypto trading.

I admit partying offline kept me away from Steemit as much as I wanted to be, but I still posted at least one or more posts a day this week. I wrote another power-up post, adding 175 SP to my wallet, and I am well past 45.5K SP, (including the balance yet to be powered up) that I will add to my wallet in next few days.

I see everything is normal apart from a few newcomers approaching me with their problems of not getting the approval. I refer their cases to the concerned moderators and admins for their attention.

I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for the best posts according to their quality and support them in my capacity as moderator and Steem representative.

As usual, my online or offline activities did not stop me from visiting and finding promising authors from the newcomers' community and selecting my quota of two of the best, under 55 rank, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries.

As always, I spent time with a couple of newbies on their or my posts. I feel like more and more newbies are getting in touch with me, and that's heartwarming when they are among them as they approach me.

My Newbie Program

A New Initiative to help newbies

I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.

My selected users

As a routine, I selected the first "newbie," the first beneficiary of the week, @fazal-qadir

As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time but had too few travel posts, but mostly diary posts. However, five or six posts from travelers posting their travel experiences compensated for my time and efforts.

I guess I need a little more blue-sky thinking and need to become creative that encourages me to think with no limits in the future while writing new contests. My goal is to generate innovative contest writing in the fiction genre that makes things better for me and my audience.

On my support front as an SR and a moderator, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to guide them. For instance, this user writes regularly in Traveling Steem but needed a few suggestions and, to top it all, the entry of a Steemian in the discussion.

I continuously show my concern about the diary section, as I reported last week. I once again bring to the kind notice of the team that most of these posts do not qualify, so I request the Steemit Team to set guidelines because most posts have nothing new but almost the same words every day, with a few changed images. I wonder what most of these users do for a living!

I am proud to announce that as an SR and a moderator, I try my best to support all good posts, but let me request the authorities once again that the SRs should get more power to support Steemians with extra voting power to talented Steemians. Let me make it clear that apart from posting on their posts, most of my conversation is on Discord even if I spend a limited time there.

My Account Summary

Screenshot (2802).png

As usual, my CSI is in the range of 10-12, as I am supporting all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.

These are my regular posts.

Despite all the shortcomings, I have posted daily, but I admit there are too few 'learning contests' in season 23 within my reach, but I will try to post in as many as possible in the coming days.

Let me assure all my Steemian friends, I am doing my job without any partiality, thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. I thank all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

I wish you all a great time on Steemit!

Yours sincerely,

@dove11
