Hi, all fellow Steemians,
Good morning from India,
This week started as usual, but now that's a matter of the past, and I see nothing special but everything went the regular way. The only difference I see is that today was our final visit to the hospital and everything turned out normal. So that chapter is over, and now my wife is back to her routine work.
I am finding it hard to take part in 17 learning contests but still posting in some of my favorites even if I am not coming up to teachers' expectations. I again request Steemblog to make it a little more flexible and reserve a few contests for regular communities.
I have been reading reactions from users that selecting a few regular communities with innovative ideas would be an ideal choice. Even though I felt the learning experiment was okay, there should be scope for topics like travel and regular blogging, especially as SC02 is concentrating on learning teams.

On my writing front, I am trying to do my best, as writing is my passion, so I don't want to go slow on that. I posted my regular 8-10, including my power-up posts. This week I tried a couple of variations with keywords and picture prompts, which brought a good result and more experience.
This week I posted in different communities, but as I was too busy offline so I got no chance to go out as much as I wanted to so I posted just one outdoor post. However, I did not stop participating in a couple of contests and did at par. As usual, I am posting my regular posts, power-up posts, and reports for various tasks as part of the job.
Meanwhile, I didn't apply for the Steem Curator's post for October and November as I was expecting a chance to learn season #21 but maybe I will apply for the same for "Season 22" with a few changes in my last theme.
Despite being busy, I am spending a lot of time looking for newbies. I agree my busy offline schedule slowed me down a bit, yet I selected two talented newbies as usual. I visited as many posts and selected some of the best, irrespective of their ranks, club status, communities, and countries, the only condition being they should rank under 50, but this time I selected a newbie who posted her monthly report, and I know she is talented and will soon rise to the status of star writer.
I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies showing their happiness when they read my comments on their posts.

I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.
I posted a comment on her post, and she responded immediately.
My second newbie beneficiary is @tamanna055

Once again, no reply, not so far.
I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which was a little more than compared to the last few weeks. I guess some famous travelers have come back and posted in this community.
However, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians both new and old through various channels to support them in spreading awareness, and soothing them in case anyone has a problem.
As a moderator of Traveling Steem, I was a little too busy this week clearing older posts. Let me say, I support everyone, especially genuine newbies, by voting them up as per their post quality. As I said last Monday was busy despite fewer posts on travel topics. I am sorry that reading irrelevant posts in the name of diary posts put me off.
At the Power- Up front, I made several additions to my wallet within the last month, as I am reaching close to my 8th Dolphin status. I hope to get there by next week.
My power-ups and reward summary for the last 3 months
As SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but as I have mentioned earlier too, I still see a lot of attempts to game the system, especially in a particular niche so I ask a few questions but never get any answer. But I feel fresh learning season has started diverting some of them and are doing well. I have participated in one consisting of my favorite topic, even if I did not do well, I will try a couple of more contests.
My Account Summary
My CSI is normally in the range of 10-15, as I am supporting all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.
These are my regular posts,
As I have always said, I support as many newbies as I can through various methods, including setting them as a beneficiary in 2 posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for low-level members according to their quality of posts and support them as a member and in my capacity of community curator and Steem Representative.
Finally, I am doing my job without any partiality and always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform.
That's all for this week!
Thanks all; have a nice time ahead.
Yours Sincerely
