It has come to the end of another week, which is week 31 of being steem representative.

Last week was very challenging, I had network issues and lack of power supply in my region which has affected my activities on learning Challenge this week.

Highlight of the week

---

I carried out my duties effectively as a steem representative. I take it upon myself to represent steemit and give replies to anyone that contacted me for any information about how to write post effectively irrespective of who referred the person. I gave votes to active users from my personal account and encouraged users with my comments. Irrespective of the challenge of internet network and power outage I had, I still try to do the necessary things when I had opportunity to login to steemit.

My activities was fine I would say

I supported 265 posts with my upvote and a voting CSI of 13.9

I commented on users post, read and point out some necessary things I learn from it then the ones that needed to improve on a particular thing I also pointed out as usual. Then I upvoted quality creative content, I didn't hesitate to give some guidelines to users that were at my inbox for questions.

To be able to answer them all I booked appointment differently and I create time to be available for the help. I already had a channel where I scheduled time to coach them on markdowns and every other things they need to understand and this has really helped them to understand the platform the more and continue creating creative content.

Promotion

I initiated a power up to boast my steem power, and it is my regular routine. I helped and encouraged some users to also initiate power up as well. I have already promoted the new steemit learning challenge contest to new users encouraging them to take part in the ones they will be comfortable with.

I helped steemians that came to for necessary guidance either on how to go about in the learning challenge, how to make post(newbies) or how to apply markdowns I took time to answer them all I made it my priority to do so.

I promoted steemit and finally signed up a sierra Leon citizen @bravaii, we have scheduled a convenient time for further coaching. He made his first Introductory post after some challenges that he had understanding the platform, still trying my best to coach him well with videos, audio messages and video calls through screen sharing using zoom, whatsapp calls and any other available app depending on my network.

Personal blog

To the best of my ability, I tried so much to take part in some learning challenge that suit my interest so as to learn but unfortunately for me this week, I only take part in few as I had challenge of network and power supply. It has really weakened me because I enjoyed this week topic so much but couldn't take part in all, hopefully let's see how it will turn out. I encourage other users to learn too and they are really doing so effectively. Thank you steemit team for this initiative it is really useful.

As a steem representative, I always make myself available and approachable by all who needs help. I took practical steps in helping users to the best of my ability. I do regularly support users with delegating steem power to newbies to boast their account. I'm committed to any projects that is initiated by the steemit team as well for a better future of steem.

As the week progresses, I hope to give maximum support as usual to the platform to the best of my ability and support activities initiated by the steemit team.
