Level up your STEEM Game, One-on-one Guidance Sessions
One-on-one sessions are still going on off-chain. I encourage every struggling user from Pakistan to contact me. I talk in detail about all the queries and give suggestions on improvement by reviewing their profile.
So far the usual queries of users which I have tried my best to guide about are:

Contests
To keep the users engaged in creative activities, I usually organize contests in Steemit Pakistan. I distribute all the liquid rewards earned on my contest post among the winners. From this week onward, I have made engagement compulsory to win the prize.
Greeter Report
Here, I will be summarizing my activities as a Greeter in the newcomers' community for the time period 17-08-22 to 24-08-22. I verify the introduction tasks and guide the newcomers from Pakistan and try to cover other countries in South Asia as well. I also verify other achievement tasks that are in English or Urdu.

Engagement Issues and Strategies
It's disappointing to see that most users are not using their voting power and making comments on daily basis. I have been guiding them on the matter for long. But most of them are not ready to follow the instructions.
This week, I am commenting on the posts of all such users as last warning and those who won't comply will likely lose their vote support they receive from the community.
Along with that, I am also focusing my votes more on the comments to encourage the users and I have suggested Steemit Pakistan's admin to do the same with the curation account.
