Best regards to the Steemit team.
This post is my weekly report as a user, member of curator 04, community Admin, and also the country representative for Indonesia. This weekly report is about the activity of the last week that I did on the Steemit platform, starting from 05 February to 11 February, 2023. Here is a brief breakdown :

The activity as a country representative for Indonesia remains the same i.e. promoting Steem in my work environment and also to the community as well as the closest neighbors in the region where I live, the Crypto market that is already well seen makes it much easier to promote Steem.
This week also I would like to report that I have created a charity account with the name @solidarity-steem, this account was created for humanitarian activities in this case donations for the Earthquake in Turkey and Syria in 7 days. Here's a post related to this : SMALL DONATIONS TO TURKEY AND SYRIA.
Once the funds have been collected within 7 days, this account will not store or accept donations of any kind. Later when there is a raising of assistance, it will be re-enabled. This means that there will be no potentially bad things, it is because the charity account is only in the mountains when there is only fundraising.

My activity as one of the admins in the Hot News Community is to encourage users to continue to make good posts, as well as to provide positive comments to users. The task in Team 4 as one of the curator teams on duty on Sunday is to select and select users who have posts worthy of support by the applicable conditions, this week I was able to provide support to 22 posts and 5 comments with details, 7 from Venezuela, 3 from Indonesia, 3 from Pakistan, 4 from Nigeria, 2 from Bangladesh, as well as from Canada and India 1 user each. The last task is as a user, in addition to continuing to actively create content that I strive for good value, I also perform curation tasks using a personal account. This week I managed to cast 143 positive votes to 83 user accounts, the percentage of positive votes I cast was 50% of each user. Another activity as a user is to take the time to give positive comments to users, an interaction that provides many benefits to the development of my personal account.
For the strength of the Account, I have improved the strength well, the way is to set the reward to Power Up 100%. To date, I am still using Club100 and have a good Steem Power increase by having an effective power of 19,794. 50 SP ( 15,635.93 + 5,081.97 - 923.40 ), and has announced the achievement of the 3rd Dolphin.
In the end, as a representative of my country, I continue to try to have a good impact on the Steem ecosystem, engaging in various forms of posts and also Steemit team policies as another supporting effort. So my weekly report is hopefully in accordance with what is expected.
