Introduction

It feels good to be back for yet another week to give a report of my activities over the last week not only in fulfillment of my role as a country representative but as a lover of the platform having spared some hours all week round to put things in place on the platform. Let me walk you through the report.

Community Duties

During the past week, none of my roles have been left unattended as such I have some records of my activities in the communities and some of these would be shown below.

  • Adequate verification of articles in the Steem4Nigeria community and the Steemit Crypto Academy.

  • For Steem4Nigeria, I have selected articles for booming support on 3 different days of the week. Likewise, I have performed the role of a curator using the Steem4Nigeria account to support users on the platform.

  • Utilizing the SC03 account as a community curator to support contests on the platform, this happens on a day of the week.

As requested by the Steemit team that communities selected for the booming support should publish a report of their weekly selections, I have compiled our selections in Steem4Nigeria and have it published.

And for the Steemit Crypto Academy, I have been responsible for the publication of the summary for the previous week's contest in the engagement challenge.

General Meetup

The much anticipated Nigeria Steemians general meetup that was slated to happen on the 11th of February eventually took place during the last weekend. I connected virtually with other Steemians and answered a few questions shared as concerns by the attendees.

  • I encouraged users to keep up with quality and stay focused, it's important for winning on Steemit.

  • Vote is not guaranteed, users should always remember this and stay committed. This answer came in when questions related to not getting support were brought up.

  • Encouraged users to support their recruits in the best possible way till their feet are solidly established in the ecosystem.

And lots more was discussed during the meetup. It was really a great time spent interacting with Steemians and keeping ourselves encouraged to be part of a progressive Steem ecosystem.

Contests

The guessers club challenge continues and it witnessed some kind of growth last week, likewise, the weekly learn with STEEM contest continued with clean entries for the previous week, and none of the participations was found to be invalid. The new week of these contests is on.
