Weekly Steem Representative Report

Dear Steemit Team,

I am delighted to report my last week's activities as Steem representative. It wasn't easy in real life for me as I struggled with a cold that seemed to seep into my waist. Well, that is just by the way, because I'm recovering. Though I didn't actively create posts with my account, I commented and voted with it and I've carried out all my duties responsibly.

Mod in Steemforbetterlife:

I organized an interesting contest in the community during the travel dairy, and I had many interesting entries. I must say it was fun traveling to these places. Among the participants, only one user generated his post with AI, and I spotted it manually because it lacked naturalness and feelings. Well, well all the detectors confirm my doubt 75-100%. It's sad because he's someone with a reputation; he's been into it for a long time now, and I couldn't keep quiet again; I've warned him to desist from this detestable act. Well, I hope he'll change; if not, I won't hesitate to expose him more publicly. I'm yet to announce the winners but I'll soon do that.

Active Generally:

Recalled I promise that we will be more vigilant to minimize the number of plagiarism, AI generative content, and abuse among Nigerian users; we have been doing that, implementing the principle of checks and balances. If others see something unusual, they normally drop it in our WhatsApp group. We've got plagiarism, AI users, and some abuse, and I've warned the offenders, flagged some, and still keep an eye on them in case they repeat it.

I don't hesitate to give corrections, guidance, and encouragement when necessary. One of the things that makes me love this amazing platform is the mutual respect that exists among its users. This week, a user seemed to have crossed her boundaries; I gave just candid advice to a mentor whose mentee couldn't publish posts because of low SP to delegate some SP to his friend, you know what? She did not understand the context surrounding the situation but had the guts to insult me, calling me greedy, and she even went ahead to ask me to beg a fellow user on the platform if poverty held me, gosh! I don't know why she talks down on someone she barely knows This way, and she's not even remorseful.

To be very sincere, I don't understand why she @wakeupkitty spoke so rashly with me; she even compared herself with me, though I can't recall competing with anyone. She even threatened with upvote as a curator. To be very honest I didn't understand her, whether she was for or against who. Well, that's just it, but I don't like anyone speaking so lowly of me; I'm contented with what I have I have never resorted to begging for anything and I am confident that I will never have to in this lifetime, as I have been immensely blessed by the grace of God who has consistently provided for my needs and guided me through life's challenges with unwavering support.

GREETER:

I didn't work in the community, as the work required carefulness and thorough checking, and I did not want to make mistakes through hasty verification or distractions from pain. I hope to work this week because I'm getting better, I actively guide some newbies, teaching them how to apply the Marked-down style in their posts. Helping some to find their niches and be unique, many of them are thriving, and gaining visibility bit by bit.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT ACTIVITIES:

I tried to log in daily and gave upvotes with my little SP; I powered up and rewarded contest winners. I've continued to promote the platform and many have shown interest in writing, and some in our native coins. Some of them will sign up this week and introduce themselves.

I've rekindled my niche cooked with @goodybest, and I hope to publish how to prepare different recipes weekly. I am always ready to assist anyone who comes my way, and I will continue to support any initiative that is for the benefit of this platform; there's always room for improvement, and I'm willing to grow!
