Week 3 Curation Report By Team Newcomers

Dear Steemit Team,

It's our delight to report our activities as team Newcomers community curators. As usual, it was a great week, more new ones are joining this preferential support daily, and they are growing amazingly! Thanks to the Steemit team for their kind act.

As a team dedicated to guiding and supporting newbies in their first 3 months on Steem We've been guiding them on how to make quality posts, encouraging them to always engage meaningfully with fellow users, and most importantly power up as it's the only way to grow their accounts. Below is the highlight of our activities and the 7 best posts:

Country:

We were able to utilise the account well and supported 190 Posts from 12 different countries Nigeria took the lead with 61 upvotes, seconded by Indonesia with 33 upvotes and then Venezuela with 32 Upvotes respectively. We were excited to see new ones from Ecuador, sri-lanka and China, we hope to see them grow.

Community:

We supported their posts in 27 different communities, The Newcomers community was leading with 16 Posts, seconded by Steem4bangladesh with 15 posts, and Steem Fashion and Style was the third with 14 Posts accordingly.

Club status:

Our club status rule is relaxed, we normally lookout for good and steemexclusive content, though we usually encourage them to power up at least 50% of their reward immediately after their first post pays out. Many of them have club status already, among the 190 Posts we've supported during the week 120 were in club5050, 43 were No Club, 22 were in club75, and 5 of club100.

We've supported 14 good comments to encourage meaningful engagement and contribution on the platform.

Farming has been around since the beginning of man's existence, Our creator even said that the earth will never cease to have seed-sowing and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night. ~ Genesis 8:22. So @huraira50 shared his day at his farm with us, how watered and fertilized his crops. He also finds food for his buffaloes. It was a nice diary with a productive day! ^{by goodybest 6 days}

@desisusanti wrote her diary coherently. He wrote very clearly about his activities from morning to night. There are also diaries that we often encounter that use pictures that do not match the story in the diary. Some attach images of only objects that exist at one location and time only.
