Team Newcomers Curation Report For Week 3.

Dear Steemit team,

We the team newcomer are happy to report our third-week curation activities. As usual, we've supported new ones who joined our prestigious platform just 0-3 months ago, that are those who joined precisely February 2023 Till now. We are a dedicated team we used to carry out our duties responsibly, our work doesn't stop by voting but we used to offer assistance and guidance on how to make quality posts, how to power up, claim rewards, etc.

Below was our last week's working schedule:

We were able to track some newbies with their special tag #newcomer, we also used to search across the platform to find their posts, we are always attracted to a low reputation score, it's a clue, we checked on the time they've joined, check if they're verified users, check on bot using/steemexclusivity, before we then check on plagiarism and use of AI and lastly, club status. It's not always an easy task but we've enjoyed doing it.

We are flexible When it comes to club status, some are still fresh so we always reminded them of the importance of power-ups that they have to power up immediately after they've claimed their first reward.

We've been able to cover a total of 10
countries

Communities:
We've searched through 28 Communities and support newbies' posts and 1 from a personal blog

Club Status:
Most new ones already joined club5050, and 75 few of them are in Club100 while the remaining ones are yet to join any club

Each of us work tirelessly on our curation days, we supported 164 Posts and we've supported good comment too, 22 in total it's the beauty of the platform, below is each of the curators' working stats

This new user joins an engagement contest and then expresses his burning desire to become an entrepreneur he knows what it takes to be one but he's yet to decide between going into fashion or cooking though both are lucrative I prefer cooking to fashion, a cooking business will grow fast especially if you're good at preparing some unique and tasty meals then you will be tired of attending to customers, I hope he'll be rewarded more. ~ @goodybest
