Weekly Steem Representative Report

Dear Steemit team,

It's my delight to report my activities for last week as Steem Representative, it was one of the darkest weeks for me, I mean I was down with the common cold, coupled with other anxiety of life, which has slowed down my activities on the platform especially posting but then I tried to be active, I actively engaged with others, carry-out all other duties properly, permit me to highlight them:

Curator:

I was glad when the team deemed me worthy of continuing with my work as a community curator supporting and guiding the new ones in our midst using SC09. I was the one who worked the first day of this month, new ones are coming in every day and many of them have good mentors and faring well, they know what it takes to make quality posts, they only lack behind in some minor things and when I see this I don't hesitate to correct and encourage them. I've encouraged them to always engage with fellow users, reading their posts and contributing meaningfully, not forgetting to upvote them because it's a good practice that shows they're supportive and they can earn rewards for doing these.

I only encountered a few plagiarised posts and I've cautioned the offender, also plagiarize images, for the later I've dropped free sites for them to source their photos, and I've made them understand that using screenshots or random photos from the internet is wrong and I also encouraged them to continue with your achievement tasks in the newcomers community at least up to 4 to learn the etiquettes content on Steem and how to always arrange their posts well. I will spotlight the best authors this week.

Moderator In The Steemkids/Parents Community:

Steemkids/parents is opportune to be among the 6 communities that will host the engagement contests, so I worked in the community twice last week, the user liked last week's contest topic about the effect of negligence on kids. I reviewed so many interesting entries, it's sad that some uis are dealing with bad experiences of negligence, while most are happy to have loving caregivers. I've announced last week's contest winners and initiated another Mytownin10Pics contest series, and this time the theme is Supermarkets in my Locality.

As usual I gave necessary guidance and corrections, correct club tags to use, and encouraged all to power up and engage meaningfully with others.

Greeter:

I've carried out my duties in the newcomer's community, I've verified many achievement tasks, achievements 1 - 4 and I've resolved the identity issue I was handing I will communicate with my team and then we will reach a consensus decision about the accounts. As usual, I made video calls and guided many newbies on what was required of them in each achievement task. I've answered questions concerning the platform and encouraged all to be consistent and active.

I only made 2 posts last week due to my poor health condition, but I actively engaged with others, I've used my little Steem Power to support others and this helped me to get good voting CSI, I hope to fill the posting cap this week. I've powered up and I'm heading for another Dolphin 🐬 I can't just wait, it makes me happy, and it shows that I'm not stagnant. As for the hangout, it gonna be a reality and one in a million!

This is it, I hope to be very active this December and to be more indispensable. I'm getting better than last week and I hope to be free from any disturbances. Thank you 🙏
