Receive a cordial and fraternal greeting my esteemed colleagues at the Steem Pod Steem.
Before you I bring you my management as Representative of the Argentine Country. These 15 days have been very productive for me, I learned many tasks in which I have been involved thanks to the support of our leader @criptokannon and the entire team of country representatives.
I have felt very comfortable and happy assuming responsibilities and commitments within the platform in which I have been given the opportunity to grow and develop in this great ecosystem.

I have been working hard, providing support to hundreds of steemians from all over the world and mainly from the countries of South America.

I would like to detail the most outstanding activities in which I have participated.

From June 15 to June 29 I report the following tasks:

• Greeter in the community of newcomers

• Curator with steemcurator03 twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday) from UTC time.

• Healings once a week with the steemcurator05 account. (Wednesday on the first shift)

• Provide support in manual healing with the 500 sp minowsupport program with the booming account in Steemit Nursery.

• I have supported hundreds of steemians with my vote and comments these 15 days, making optimal use of the delegation that was given to me by steemcurator01 added to my steempower.

• I did 1 contest in the Steem Argentina Community.

• My main objective has been to strengthen the growth of steemians from South American countries, attract new users, train them, support them and stimulate the production of good content within the Steemit platform.

• I have encouraged new users from Argentina and Paraguay to make all the achievements of the newcomers community so that they know the steemit platform in depth.

• I have mentored hundreds of steemians in Venezuela, since it is the country with the greatest presence and consistency of the platform.

• I consider that my work has been noticed considerably. Judge for yourself my performance please.

I decided to found a community called RECREATIVE STEEM community. Due to the request and initiative of the new steemians of Argentina, since they have felt unprotected and very little supported, so to try to contain them and that you notice their evolution and performance, I decide to found this new community that defines their artistic and recreational purposes. - I want you to be able to evaluate our work and support us in the growth of these steemians that already exist and those that are going to be added, since they are users who produce excellent content for steemit.

In the film forum contest "Let's celebrate a remarkable dad"; there were more than 40 participations and I distributed 70 steem in prizes. However, we do not feel the curatorial support of any of the entries, nor of my publication of winners, despite the fact that I worked hard to encourage participation and that people feel comfortable and at ease in steemit producing quality content.

You can see all the support that I have been able to provide to the participants of the different contests, always being generous with the prizes, since in steem Argentina community we do not always have the support of the curator accounts of the platform.
However, I try very hard to provide confidence and encouragement to the steemians who follow me.

I present to you the distribution of the cures that I contribute. It should be noted that I try to spend all day and night attentive to my work, dedicating great efforts to be diligent and committed to the work. I always get good feedback from users for my performance and that encourages me.

I produce with great determination an active participation in the platform with my always honest and quality publications, providing growth and inspiration to readers. On average of 2 daily posts.

I have actively participated in the newspaper game, also encouraging the participation of other steemians, always with a good attitude, responding to the comments of those who write to me and commenting on other steemians publications to motivate, encourage and celebrate them for their content.

I have encouraged the high participation of steemians in Argentina, reporting a significant growth in the country, which can be seen in the use of the hashtag #argentina, since our growth is notorious. I have also added new users from Argentina, Paraguay and Ecuador as a result of my recruitment efforts, I am very satisfied with the growth of steemit in South America because I am an important part of this boom.

I have supported by validating and verifying hundreds of new steemians. And my reports as greetings and curator prove it, I am satisfied with this work. Here I make an anthology of my reports from this fortnight so you can see the work done. To carry out a greeters report there are many man hours of work, since greeting, correcting, validating, verifying and filling out internal work reports, is a delicate job that requires a lot of time, aptitude and concentration. It is a lot of effort behind each management report.

This week I am promoting an incentivized initiative that we all do power up by actively participating in the worldwide steem power # spud4steem ignition program, preparing 2 promotional posts for the event that you can consult on my blog. With the community account of the RECREATIVE STEEM Community which is @hive-141434 the initiative of massive participation in the power up of our steem power is promoted.
