Weekly Report : Country Representative Indonesia | September 30th 2022 - October 6th 2022

I'm back to writing my performance report as Country Representative Indonesia in increasing steem growth, especially in Indonesia, for the period September 30th 2022 - October 6th 2022.

The new programs from the Steemit Team released in this period are very good and promising for a better future of steem and steemit going forward. This good news was welcomed positively by Steemian Indonesia and became an interesting topic of conversation at every steemian meeting. Enthusiasm about steemit is increasing and I'm sure with the right and effective #promosteem strategy, many new users will join Steemit, especially users from Indonesia.

The Indonesian Steem community continues to develop well, some aspects of the graphics are very good. Publications are also increasingly varied with good quality. My notes, the awareness of users from Indonesia to make posts in the Indonesian Steem Community is still a bit, only dominated by users who often get SC01 and SC02 support. The willingness to share rewards for the growth of community curated accounts must also be encouraged. The strategy and improvement efforts have been carried out well by the Admin and other community administrators. I'm sure this community will continue to grow and become the leading guard in Steem Growth in Indonesia.

During this period, I still regularly held contests aimed at increasing the number of active posters and variations in post types so that they do not stick to certain types of posts. I released the contest on my personal account and the official Steem Entrepreneurs Community account. The organization of the contest aligns with the Steemit Team's concern for the improvement of this sector with the release of the 'Millionaire Curator Team' whose support focuses on contest organizers and participants.

Contest is ongoing with more and more participants every day. Unfortunately this contest doesn't have SCC01 support yet for better visibility. Although it is not a requirement, it currently greatly affects the user's interest in participating.

I am currently an Admin in the Steem Entrepreneurs Community and a Moderator in the Indonesian Steem Community. These duties and responsibilities can be done well during this period.

These tasks are carried out together with the Community Team to serve the interests of Community Members and Steemit.

During this period, the intensity of my work with the Indonesian Steem Community decreased somewhat compared to last week. I focus more on improving the Steem Entrepreneurs Community. SC01 and SC02 support for community page users has decreased significantly during this period. Several aspects are being improved to make it better and get back good support to keep the motivation of community page users alive.

Curation is prioritized for users of the Steem Entrepreneurs Community page and the Indonesian Steem Community. Thus, this report is presented truthfully in accordance with what has been done during the period of September 30th 2022 to October 6th, 2022.
