First of all, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Steemit team who has trusted us to work as a team of community curators specifically for newcomers in March 2024..

On this occasion, we have prepared a curated report from Team Newcomer for the last seven days, from March 1, 2024, to March 7, 2024. What we need to report is as follows:

Our duties as community curators specifically for new arrivals are going very well during March 2024. Teamwork makes our work easier so that we can enjoy the curator's work as scheduled.

In this first week, we have supported 171 posts consisting of 83 newcomers, 10 countries and 33 communities with different club statuses and we also appreciate the good comments from all users.

Another week where @yashira315 shares his day from very early in the morning enjoying his breakfast and getting ready everything he had to take to the Lyceum, although in the end he left one of the materials that was the glue, and with nerves since it is the anthropological essay that will be presented on the 22nd of this month, he made the defense of the paraban who felt nervous.

After returning home tired, she rested to wait for her mom to talk about her day and together prepare lunch, which they shared together.

              Greetings Dear Newcomer Team,

              I'm here to share something I've been noticing with newcomer users for quite some time now. Steemit team has provided support with sc09 account to encourage newcomer users which is really appreciable. This is undoubtedly a great opportunity for newcomers to grow their ID and interest in working on this platform. But I have noticed some newcomer users who are receiving support from sc09 but when required to participate in minimum club 5050 through power up they are not doing it but transferring their liquid steem. They have the ability to join club5050 but instead they are using the newcomer tag and getting support as usual. I've only noticed this with a small number of users. Maybe it will be more or more in future. As a moderator I am trying to give them proper guidance. Now the question is do you all see it as normal? Of course, your job is to support them with exclusive content depending on the #newcomer tag. But ultimately they are not joining the club. I have no objection. You all are doing a great job and I respect your work. I have only shared with you what I noticed.

                I would like to thank you for your valuable comments on our report, as a member of the newcomer team I will respond to your comments

                In my personal opinion, it might also represent the newcomer team. whatever you notice is true, we also support a small number of newcomers who do not join club 5050 because they do not have steem to do power ups, especially newcomers who complete achievement task 1,

                the case of newcomers who transfer all steem to an external wallet, may escape our sight, therefore I am very grateful for this news, because this will improve the performance of the newcomer team. I think you can also contact us via discord if there is a case like this

                I have also commented the same thing on posts by newcomers who don't power up using sc09, and the result is that some of them don't know how to power up because they haven't completed Achievement 2, but when they know how to transfer Steem, this really needs to be suspected.

                We search for content through the #newcomer tag but we also don't depend on that tag, because there are newcomers who don't place the #newcomer tag in the four main tags correctly so their posts are not visible, we also search for them through the newcomer community

                Thanks, @enamul17, for your valuable comment, but I totally agree with the points of @heriadi. We support the tag #newcomer but also check their time of joining and steem transfer to judge their clubs. Please inform us via Discord if someone skipped from us.
