Hello dear steemians, below we share the report of our fourth curation week of January. We continue to encourage newcomers to stay active and post to the communities, we are being flexible in our curation while newcomers learn to build their SP through participating in clubs.

We encourage Newcomers to post as that is the way to receive support and grow your Steem Power, which will allow them to grow on the platform.

We encourage you to follow the guidelines by which you can guide yourself when making your publications: Team Newcomer- Curation Guidelines for January 2023

We encourage newcomers to create exclusive content for Steemit and avoid plagiarism.

We also encourage you to get verified if you have not already done so, following the parameters of Achievement 1: Achievement 1 : Verification Through Introduction.

Below are the statistics for these seven days: from Sunday 22 to Saturday 28 January. In these seven days, we have voted for a total of 157 publications, including 95 authors.

In this post Newby expresses his joy after joining steemit. He was very happy when he found that his post received upvote support, even though it was very small. But this is a big motivation for him to write the next post.

Today was his first dream that came true when he already had SP to power up. It was a very great happiness for him. He wants to immediately get a dolphin like most people who first joined steemit.

Hopefully his big dream of being able to get his first dolphin will soon come true.- @radjasalman

It is one thing to join Steemit and it is another thing to have the zeal and willingness to learn and apply. This new user has demonstrated his desire in the way he presented his introduction post. He has also contacted me on WhatsApp and has already completed his achievement 2. I have given him some other guidelines which is willing to follow.
