#club100 || Country Representative Report, Ghana || 12th January, 2023 - 20th January, 2023.

It is a lovely day today and as a matter of fact, as a country representative for Ghana, it becomes necessary for me to come to you today. I would like to share with you what has taken place within the week. Kindly accept this report as the country representative report for Ghana. I would like to use this opportunity to say a big thank you to the entire Steemit body and the well wishes for indulging us on the blockchain. Let us try to power up to stay relevant on the platform and also to support the steem economy. It is our time so let us do the best we can. This report revolves around passion, participation, activeness, consistency and teamwork.

Outstanding Steemian Initiative

Outstanding Steemian Initiative


The outstanding steemian initiative seeks to encourage and reward steemians who stay active on the platform and engage in community activities. The steemian must be consistent in sharing, powering up, engaging, commenting and voting to urge others to also step up. Though there hasn't been funds to reward, but we try as much as possible to urge members who frequently do this and this has being a success to improve activities.

Welfare Checks


As a country representative, I make sure that I visit all the posts on the blockchain to encourage them and also to verify and make sure that all the posts in the community are well enough to be on the platform. With the diarygame checks that has been added, it helps us to check the welfare of our members, know their identity in order to avoid farming accounts, accounts that do not support activities. It is important to note that this activity has helped us a whole lot. Through the comment section of posts, I make sure that I urge members to power up all the time.

It is important to note that, with the additional steem power added to my steem, I make sure that I vote on almost all the posts on the platform after verification. Aside this I do, I also make sure that I urge members to copy same since leadership is by example. Voting encourage members to do well and urge them on. I also vote on members who use the Ghana tag and encourage them to also share on the Amazing Ghana platform as well.

Plagiarism


Plagiarised contents are not entertained on the platform. I make sure that I verify almost all the posts on the platform to ensure that contents are without stolen materials from other sources. I also urge members to cite sources accordingly. I truly know that steemit frowns against plagiarism, so I must do my best to make the platform safe. This has made it attractive to curators and other investees.

Amazing Ghana Curation


Amazing Ghana account is the accumulated steem power of members in the community. Though it isn't that much, but I make sure that I use it effectively to vote on members on the platform and also members who write with the ghana tag. This has made users to also come to share their contents with us. I also urge members to delegate to support the account.

Power Up

On steemit, the steem is the power. Without power up, one cannot get the desired steem to enjoy steemit. I make sure that I power up most often to gain the strength of power that I use to support other members through votes. I always encourage members to power up at the introductory part of all my posts and also urge them to power up at the comment section of their posts. As an ambassador of club100 initiative, it has help all the active members in the community to join club100.

Future Events


Growth is a necessity. In the future, I will keep encouraging members to keep sharing and become very consistent. I will also continue to urge members to keep voting through the introductory part of all my posts and also under the comment section of all their posts. I will also urge them to join the outstanding steemian initiative since it is an initiative that helps with the community's growth. Again, I will always use the community account to vote on members on the platform. The verification will keep on in order to have quality content for the platform. Personally, I will keep on with my power up in order to urge members to do same.

Conclude


I am flabbergasted with the kind of love and support you give to the Ghanaian community. Indeed a big thank you for indulging us and always making us feel at home. We know that this will keep on. Let me say a big thank you to @sarkodieeric and @edmund.nef for their consistency and goodwill for the platform. With this, I must be grateful.
