Greetings to all and sundry! It is always a delight to be with you. It is another country representative report again. I am confident that you would accept it in good faith. Let us encourage steemians to always powerup to support the steem economy.

Contest Results

Tell us what you have done or what you are doing this year

The week commenced with releasing the ongoing contest results. The contest tasked steemians to tell what they are doing to promote steem this year. Verily, promoting steem has a great impact to ensuring that steemit gets strong roots. A lot of submission were received. In fact, it is glaring that steemians are doing amazing to grow steem in their various endeavors. Indeed the love for steem promotion was seen a lot in the entries. All entries were perused through and those who deserved their rewards were given to them accordingly.

New Contest

Tell Us The Situation You Passed Through And The Process That Took Place To Help You Overcome Them

Exactly on the same day, I authored another contest. This contest was purposely designed to find out the situations one has passed through and the intervention strategies that helped to overcome them. In fact, as humans one or two things have come our way that we wish never came our way,but some strategies helped us alot. This was put as a contest. This contest is still on-going and for four days now, we have six entries and we hope to receive alot of them.

Outstanding Steemian Initiative

Outstanding Steemian

The new initiative is in progress. Leadership quest for steemians who see community business as a priority and therefore stay engaging on the platform. Areas that were concentrated was voting regularly, commenting, staying engaging. After looking through the week, we therefore realized @analem as the steemian to receive the first tag as the outstanding steemian for the first time. In order to strengthen the initiative, steem has been increased to 5. We are therefore hopeful that with the support of Steemit Team and all, Steem Ghana will bounce back with its active members.

Personally, I have been voting on all posts that are seen as good on the platform. I make sure that with the additional steem power added to my steem power, I always use it judiciously to help support steemians on the platform. Not only do I vote but also, I make sure to comment on all posts in order to ensure that other steemians also comply. I also make sure to always remind steemians to join the outstanding steemian contests.

Plagiarism

In my search for quality posts, I came in contact with plagiarised post. I made sure to mute them and warn steemians from that act. Our community doesn't entertain thiefry. In future, we hope to task steemians to be very vigilant on the platform.

Steem Ghana Curation

The Steem Ghana account is the accumulated steem delegation by members. It adds to the support of the booming we have in order to help with our voting. I always make sure to share votes on the posts that deserve curation. I also use the Steem Ghana account to comment on posts to stay engaging and always adopt a power up mentality. As we speak, Steem Ghana has about 18,745.02 steem power. We hope to receive a lot of delegations.

Powerups are very germane. Steem power that drives as on the blockchain. With regular powerups, one becomes strong on the blockchain. I make sure I always power up to stay strong on the platform and also support my power ups. As a strong ambassador of club100 initiative, I urge members to join the club in all my posts.

Future Events

I am confident that with our current initiatives, Steem Ghana will grow to a higher level. The task on the Steem Ghana Community is a little tedious since most of the members do not join the club initiatives,but I will make sure I always encourage steemians to power up at the comment section. Also the steem power for the outstanding steemian initiative will be increased from time to time until the activeness we need is achieved. Also Steem Ghana pleads to @steemcurator01 and the entire Steemit Team to visit the community from time to time. This, I think will motivate alot to steem on. Earlier in my other report, I shared that together with my other country rep,we will take away irrelevant delegation tags. This wasn't achieved because I have a problem with my phone. But I am confident that it can be done in this week.
