TEAM-1: Curation Guidelines for November 2024

Greetings Steemit Team,
Steem Explorers would like to thank the Steemit team for selecting us as Community Curators in November 2024. We are happy to be Team-1 for curating with the @steemcurator03 account, which has 1.2 million SP. We are delighted to have another opportunity to demonstrate our excellence. Our members are ready to serve as Community Curators with integrity and enthusiasm. Today, we're here to share our Team Guidelines.

We are an alliance of "Steem Explorers" who will focus on community curation as Team-1 on November 24. As team members, we hope to support good authors and quality posts. We intend to work hard to locate quality material and reward creative content developers. In addition, if users experience problems with their posts, we will provide appropriate guidance.

Guidelines

We hereby commit to work this month as per the guidelines of Steemitblog's September curators announcement. Our team will curate as per the following guidelines:

We will not support:

• Plagiarised posts
• Authors who get BID-BOT support
• Spam or Illegal Content
• Post contains AI contents
• Author performed power-down
• Post contains copy-right images

We must support:

• Quality posts
• Steemexlusive posts
• Personal blogs Beyond the Community
• Unique and valuable comments

Although club status plays a significant role in receiving support, people who do not have club status can still receive some support if their post has high-quality and unique.

Working Schedule

Our team's goal is to upvote 22-25 posts and 3 to 5 comments every day while maintaining 80% to 100% VP.

Curation pattern

• High-quality content will receive a substantial amount of support, up to 60%, while the lowest upvote percentage used is 30%. This indicates that the quantity of upvote is dependent on the quality of the content.

• There will be an extra 5% support percentage given to #burnsteem25 as a show of support to encourage people to keep supporting this project.

• The upvote percentage for positive comments will be within the 10% to 15% range, depending on the quality of the comment.

Important Notes

Apart from the above guidelines the newcomers to Steemit will not have club and CSI scores but they will be supported if their posts are of good quality. At the same time, we hereby inform you that if the posts we have supported are later found to be copied or plagiarised or have controversial content, the vote will be removed.
