Weekly Report as Country Representative of India from 26 July 2022 -1 AUG 2022 || #Club75

It is a pleasure to have this opportunity to submit a detail report as a country representative for India. This is my first report after selecting the Country Representatives. In this report, I briefly explained my last week's activities.

My activities

It is very important for all members to be active in Steemit and not only that they read other people's posts and give feedback on those posts and by doing this certain authors are benefited and encouraged. As a CR for my country, admin of a community, and moderator in two communities I read a lot of posts daily and support them through my own SP. I do maintain my CSI always more than 20%, and here is my CSI Report

Apart from this, I do interact with our community members, admin, and moderators through Discord and Telegram channels, by this discussion, we plan promotions, and targets and troubleshoot the issues.

Powerup

This week I have done a powerup of 48.801 SP to maintain #club75 I believe powerups are making stronger and help invidual growth, and also as a leader, it is essential to support others

Greeter Report

Since it is my first week, I tried to greet new users, and I have given them guidance through messages in the comment section of their achievements posts and hope they will contact me for further help.

Contests

As an admin of the #steemphotos community and a MOD of #steemindia, and #steemfoods communities, I have organized many contests in both communities. Last week in the #steemphotos community I organized a Contest #9 and distributed 9 steems to the winners. This week I organized a contest Steem Photos contest#10 in the same community which is running successfully.

Conclusion

I am very proud to get the highest position CR for my Country, I am well aware of the importance of this position and I hereby assure you that in the future I will help, support and give guidance to any new joiner of the steemit and all those joining from my country to grow with me. I am planned to meet people individuality and promote steemit along with my co CR s of my country.
