I am Jyoti from India. I am proud to submit my 38th week report as a Steem Representative, which ran from 23 January 2025 to 29 January 2025.
I feel very excited to be able to write the weekly report as steem representative, which was an eventful one, as, I have been involved in teamwork, had to work hard and showed how rich the spirit of the community is. Since I was asked to curate posts this time around, it was very important to let everyone know what I have been doing and how I contributed to our active community.
During my two days of curation, along with my co-workers of team2, I worked as hard as I could. We as a team chose different works from our marvelous community members to be curated. It is always very stimulating to come across fresh material and to highlight the abundant creativity that our association’s members have. Curating is not only simple, it requires being able to select masterpieces and at the same time, recognizing the hard work and passion put into the valuable content.
Alongside holding a curator position, I have been dealing with relevant issues plus introducing new ideas into our Discord channel. It is crucial that we are aware of the things that our community members are interested in, so we as a community will be able to change where we need to.
I’ve been actively referring talented authors to Booming Support, ensuring that we have the right people in place to help us flourish even further.
This week also I have done powerup with 187 sp. Currently my steem power is 57,374.91, my effective power is 62,531.67 SP ( 57,374.91 + 10,262.43 - 5,105.66 ), my rep score is 79.297, while I am at 11 X Dolphin rank and maintaining #club5050.

SLC Season 22 Contest Participation.

Recipe.
This week, I am writing a recipe in which I am making a snacks called "Gala Gala" that is commonly made in every home in our area. I have written the recipe step by step and shared its photos. Recipe of the Day, Week No. 49: GalaGala- Recipe
Tutorial.
This week's tutorial is about how to make a Rangoli design at home, step by step, using colored powders. For this, I have also participated in a competition organized by the Steem Ladies Community and posted my entry. Let's do it...Do It Yourself 👉 - Rangoli -Art
Organizing Contests.
In order to encourage cooking skills and powerup habits, I hold at least two contests every week. Both of these contests are running well, and a lot of people are taking part. I also reveal the winner each week and give them a lot of votes.This is the sample of the food diary contest. I am always keen on writing diary entries and have written three this week, in one of which I have written in detail about my trip to Judio Shopping and shopping for a birthday dress for my daughter. The diary game //|Better Life with Steem// Shopping at Zudio.
Conclusion.
This week has been filled with activity, but every moment spent engaging with our wonderful Steemit family has been worth it. From curating posts and running contests to daily chats with members, every effort contributes to making our community stronger.
