I hope you all are enjoying life well. I'm Jyoti from India, one of the Steem Representatives. I am posting this post as a proud Steam Representative and I believe I have done my job effectively. I'm glad to submit my 11th weekly report in this post, which includes from 19 June 2024 to 25 June 2024

I continued to write blogs on Steemit last week as usual, also I am managing our community work as well. I've been engaging with members and team of our community on Telegram and Discord, particularly discussed about the upcoming Engagement Contest. Additionally, the topic of the Curator Application was explored with interested Steemit members who farm a team.

Apart from that, I have been providing daily reports to the community to notify the users that we have chosen through the community, since I am the community administrator and I am also in charge of the community's booming support job. I've also provided booming support to new members of the community this week. Aside from this, I've posted my contributions and taken part in numerous engagement contests organised by various communities.

Encouraging to Newbies

We are helping new users through our community. That's why we've given booming support to newcomers @tusher63 and @hoimonti56 who joined our community from Bangladesh and shared posts this week. I hope this initiative will be an incentive to motivate them. I hope this will keep them posting quality posts on Steemit.

I wrote 12 posts last week, which include powerup contests, and involvement in SEC contests. The information for a few more posts is provided below.

Participated in SEC .

Last week I participated in four engagement contests and posted my posts as entries, one of which was a tutorial on how to make art with waste materials and it was well received. SEC-S18W5/Share your brilliance-Art from waste

Participated in Diary Game .

I am very much interested in writing Diary game posts, also last week I wrote a diary game post. In it, I had written about our arrival to our town by road after staying in Chennai for 3 days and posted those experiences as photographs.The Diary Game || Better Life with Steem || Chennai to Coimbatore by road

Contests.

A lot of people like to participate in the power contests that I conduct, so I continue to conduct these powerup contests. Last week's Powerup Contest was a success with about 16 people participating and posting their posts and powering up. HWC contest #63: POWER UP & WIN - WEEK 45

Also I am running food diary contests every week. Many people post their diet and daily meals, food recipes etc. This series is also going on successfully. I had given away a booming vote to the winners of this week's contest. Conclusion.

I understand that one of my responsibilities as a Steem representative on our steemit site is to set an example for others and to be knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of steem. Being a Steem representative makes me proud, and I understand my responsibilities well. Therefore, I pledge to educate newcomers about Steemit, mentor them well, assist them, and abide by Steemit's regulations.
