I'm Jyoti from India, I hope everyone is having a good time in life. As one of the Steem Representatives, and as a proud of the position, I'm writing this because I think I performed my duties well. With pleasure, I present my12th weekly report in this post, which includes from 26 June 2024 to 02 July 2024

This week is a happy week for me as our community got a chance to run the upcoming SEC19 season contests. Last week, I carried on as usual with my Steemit blog writing and community work management. I've been interacting on Telegram and Discord with our community's members and team, especially talking about the upcoming engagement contest season 19, and also discussed about how to face , verify posts and MODs duties.

Aside from that, as the community administrator and person in charge of the community's booming support work, I have been sending out daily updates to the community informing the users that we have selected through the community. Apart from this, I've made many posts and participated in many of engagement contests organised by several communities.

Encouraging Newbies

As one of our community's administrators, I assist newcomers by utilising the booming support system of the community. Because of this, I've chosen this week's booming support recipients @nihima-jannat50 and @miraz7, for their diary game articles. I hope this initiative will catalyze to inspire them. This should help them continue to publish high-quality content on Steemit.

I wrote 14 posts last week, which include powerup contests, and involvement in SEC contests. The information for a few more posts is provided below.

Participated in SEC .

Last week I participated in four engagement contests and posted my articles as entries, one of which was an article about the India's famous tourist destination Andaman and Nicobar islands. Participated in recipe contest .

Last week I didn't write any diary game posts but I wrote a lot of recipe and cooking related posts and I want to show one of them here in this post I have written a detailed recipe of the recipe and posted it with a photo.Recipe of the Day. Week No. 23 || Alu Paneer Masala -Recipe

Contests.

Since many steemians enjoy taking part in my power contests, I'll keep holding these powerup competitions. The Powerup Contest of last week was a success, with roughly 20 participants who posted their posts and increased their power. HWC contest #65: POWER UP & WIN - WEEK 46

Winner announcements.

Weekly food diary contests are another thing I run. A lot of individuals share recipes, diet plans, and regular meals as participation . This series is continuing with success as well. I had awarded a booming vote to this week's top 3 authors of the competition. Powerup

I continue to power up every week and post it in power contests and win. So this time I posted and won a contest organized in the #steemironchef community and I powered up 150 steems in this powerup contest.:Contest Power-Sic semana 24 || 150 sp.

Conclusion.

I'm proud to be a Steem Representative, and I know exactly what it means. I am aware of my duties as a Steem representative on our Steemit site is to lead by example and possess an understanding of the guidelines that Steem has established. I therefore promise to inform newbies about Steemit, provide them with excellent mentoring, support, and compliance with Steemit's rules.
