Hi friends, I am Jyoti from India,

I am happy and proud to submit my 28th-week report as a Steam Representative from 31 October 2024 to 6 November 2024.

Since Diwali was celebrated in our town this week, I have been able to post less on steemit, but I feel that I have done my duties properly as a Steem representative and Steemit member. As I was selected as curator this time, related that I did a lot of work this week. That means I curated as a team 1 member in the two days allotted to me and also curated the members' posts in the community and through my own community account. Similarly, I have conducted 2 contests and announced the winners of the two contests already conducted. Similarly, I have posted recipe and diary entries too

This week also I have powered up and increased my power. I have done powerup and made 100 sp powerup. I am currently at 10x dolphin rank and have 51,633.71 Steem power in my SP wallet. My club status is #Club5050, and the effective power is 56,759.36 SP

Aside from that, I have daily chats with our community members on Discord and Telegram. Also, consult with our community members on a regular basis on community growth. In addition, Similarly, because I was chosen as a community curator this time, I've been addressing relevant topics on Discord. And, because our community is experiencing a in-charge in booming support work, I am selecting qualified candidates and referring them to Bhooming Support.

SLC Season 21 Contest Participation.

Since this week is Diwali festival I have been busy with family members and guests so I haven't been able to participate in many SLC contests but I have participated in one contest and posted my post. I want to share that post here SLC21/WK1: Introduction to Gradients and Application

Powerup.

Like every week this week I participated in a powerup contest, and posted my post and by that I made 100 sb more in my wallet. POWER-SIC Week 43 - 100.097SP

Guidelines.

Organizing Contests.

I hold at least two contests each week. There are Powerup and Food Diary game tournaments, for example. Every week I have been posting special events in my life so this week also I have posted details about the Diwali festival we celebrated with photos which I would like to share here. The diary game //Better Life with Steem// Happy Diwali.

Conclusion.

A Steem representative plays an important role in the ecosystem. They're in charge of promoting and supporting the community while ensuring that everything goes properly. As a proud representative of the Steemit community, I want to convey my commitment to guiding new members, following Steemit's rules and regulations, and setting an example for others. I hope I continue to perform a good job as a Steem Representative.
