Curation Report, Team Newcomer / Week #1. June

We have completed the first-week curation of Team Newcomers and this is the fourth report on our curation activities. We are a dedicated team that will work continuously to support and provide guidelines to the posts of newcomers only. We are Following the Curation Guidelines for June 2023 .
Our team focused mainly reviewed and upvoting the posts of those who have been on this platform for three months, So we are supporting them with steemcurator09 by checking their personal blogs and giving advice along with the posts that are being made in the newcomer's community and all other communities.
Since they are not aware of many rules as newbies, our curation support is quite flexible in terms of supporting them. So we encourage all newcomers to join the achievement tasks, and activities in communities, participate in different contests, and also in the engagement challenge of the communities.

Good day, please @karianaporras am sorry to make this comments under this post. It so unfortunate and discourage to me that I recruited a new member into the platform, help him do his achievement1 post and the post pays out without any moderator assessing the post even when I go forward to inform my country representative, yet the post is not verified up till now. I know it not easy to do the work but please is not encouraging because this is the second recruiter I have this experience. By this I feel discourage to introduce new member. Am sorry if I write anything that will make moderators don't to be happy but I just want to clear my mind because I love this platform. Thanks for the understanding.
