We are honored to present the official guidelines for our curation team, TEAM 4, for February 2025. Thanks to your support and the trust you have placed in us, we have been selected to curate content using the @steemcurator06 account. This is a responsibility we take seriously, and we are determined to make a positive impact in the Steemit ecosystem.
We extend our gratitude to the Steemit moderators for entrusting us with this task. Our goal is to encourage, support, and promote valuable content, ensuring fairness and transparency in curation. These guidelines will provide insight into our approach, goals, and the ethical standards we uphold to enrich Steemit’s vibrant community.

Voting Guidelines and Recommendations:
Our team is free to curate across diverse topics, with a few essential guidelines:
- Content Authenticity: Posts must be original and must not be generated by AI. Copyright-free images should be used.
- Diverse Exploration: While communities are key hubs, we will also explore personal blogs for high-quality posts.
- Engagement in Comments: Insightful comments will be rewarded to encourage meaningful discussions.
Tag Importance:
- #club100, #club75, #club5050: We prioritize these tags indicate the level of investment in Steem Power as they contribute significantly to the ecosystem.
- #field_or_domain:which indicates the domain to which the post belongs.
- #Steemexclusive: This tag confirms the content’s uniqueness to Steemit.
- #country: Helps categorize content, especially on community-based initiatives.
As we progress, we aim to foster quality contributions and expand engagement on Steemit.
Working Schedule:
We have implemented an internal coordination system to optimize workflow, dividing responsibilities as follows:
Each curator will submit an internal report detailing their best-selected posts for discussion and verification of originality.
For transparency, a comment will be left on each upvoted post, indicating the voting percentage and key evaluation factors, such as quality, club status, and aesthetics.

Additional Guidelines:
- Plagiarism, automated voting, and AI-generated content will not be tolerated.
- Team members cannot vote for each other.
- Each team member is allowed one 100% vote per week on their own post.
- A weekly curation report will be published, highlighting top-selected posts and recommendations for content improvement.
