Hi Steemians,
This is the fifth week of curation for the May session, which took place from May 27 to June 2, 2022 and is overseen by the Quality Control team where the work fits perfectly and flows smoothly between all members, thus encouraging the moderators of Steemit platform to select us again for this task.
Our team in this cycle will see compensation for a member due to their own commitment, and our selection of the new member will be at a certain level to maintain what we have achieved within the team in the previous period.
This week, we saw a stabilization in the number of articles with an upvote of 119 articles, as users realize how engaged our #fintech tag is on its own and in its own section. Also 86 articles are also skipped, and the reasons are detailed each time in our notes, so we invite you to always read them to reduce this annoying number for you and for us. Articles with plagiarism were also completely absent this time around, and we hope to find them in the coming weeks as well.
Without talking too long, we'll go over the statistics and curator's notes, and end with the best articles of the week.
The observations of our curators :
@irawandedy 1st-day
In the curation period 27 May 2022 I have checked 26 posts, but 10 posts have been skipped due to several reasons, 8 posts are irrelevant to the theme that must be curated, 1 post has been curated 3x over a 7 day period and 1 post is not part of the club.
There are 16 Upvotes that users received today, if grouped by language use, all content that received upvotes was in English. Meanwhile, when viewed from club status, users who are members of club5050 get support for 9 posts, 5 content with club75 and for club100 only 2 posts.
No Club : For curation, I prioritize accounts that are members of clubs, and a curation scheme by giving a higher percentage of votes if the club's status is at club100 or club75, but the quality of the content remains an important point. I hope that my curation method will trigger them to continuously improve their club status over time.
@fredquantum2nd-day
It was a great day of curation, I must say. The quality of articles under the #fintech tag greatly improve this day, and authors published great content in fields related to our theme, although, curated Finance-related articles dominated the space today after almost tripling the number of curated technology-related articles.
As a sign of the availability of quality content for today, a few articles were ignored totally to half of the curated articles. Well, this seems to be a big number somehow but it's way lesser as compared to how it's been in the previous weeks when ignored content exceeds curated ones.
The reason for ignoring those articles as highlighted in the last paragraph is attributed to the unsuitability of some articles for the tag, low quality, and noncompliance with any club status. That said, I had left comments on each of those articles such that each of the users know the reason their articles were skipped.
@kouba01 3rd-day
This week, 17 articles were upvoted with an increase of 41% compared to last week, which shows that most users have read my latest recommendations so that their articles benefit from upvotes, of course their percentages according to several criteria, the most important of which is the club status the user belongs to, as well as the value and quality of the content.
Most of the articles were written in three languages distributed as follows: 88% in English, 6% in Spanish and 6% in Turkish. We also noticed an imbalance between the two fields (82% for finance and 18% for technology), as most of the articles written in the technology field participated under the learnwithsteem tag. On the other hand, there is a gap in the percentage of users belonging to Club 5050 52% Club 75 24% and Club 100 24%, as usual we invite most users to join Club 75 and 100 to get a higher voting value.
In addition, 13 articles were rejected for several reasons, the most important being the low level of writing or the absence of club membership. We also noticed many articles that are part of the Challenge Contest, which are voted by SC02, so it is not possible to take advantage of two votes at the same time, the same for merging more than one tag in the same article.
@shemul21 4th-day
Although I haven't received many posts today, I have received a fair number of quality posts. And the authors are gradually improving their club status while also becoming more familiar with the event. However, a few authors ignore the club event because they are more concerned with increasing their reach than with upvotes. As a result, I had to ignore their posts. I also had to skip some irrelevant or low-quality posts as usual. I've left comments on their posts from people who don't care about the club event. This week, I didn't receive any plagiarized posts.
@nane15 5th-day
In my day of curation there have been few posts, it really cost me to get good content, the quality of the posts is really low in general.
Little creativity, variety, or interesting topics, is what we can see in most of the publications, also the use of markdown in general is low.
I skipped a total of 22 posts, 22 of them for poor content.
There have really been few publications, there is not much more to say, there is a need to improve this topic and its participation through contests and initiatives.
@pelon53 6th-day
The summary of my curation day was as follows: This week I found few high quality posts, I think there are users who are not posting, because they make little profit, due to the current value of Steem. However, I did find 15 posts that met the criteria for a positive vote.
I ignored 10 posts because their content was of low quality and didn't even reach 300 words. For several of them, I left a comment for them to take note and improve their research.
I also ignored 5 posts because they did not belong to a club. Some were encouraged to join at least the Club5050.
@chiabertrand 7th-day
During my Curation this week, I noticed that there was an improvement in terms of content quality as compared to last week. Unfortunately, I still had to skip several articles for several reasons.
Most of my skipped articles were not related to our area of interest which is #Fintech, others were good but too short and lacked in-depth explanation, the other skipped articles were articles that the authors weren't belonging to any club. The other skipped articles were articles that the authors had already received upvotes from SC05 account 3X within the past 7-days
I experienced an increase in the number of articles belonging to #Finance and a drastic decrease in the number of articles belonging to #Technology. I hope to see more articles related to #Technology next time.

Why?
In the curation period Friday, May 27, 2022, I chose a post with the theme "Mindset of a Successful Trader" As the Best Post, the selection of this content as Top Post is based on the quality of educative and informative content, the author writes about how a trader has a mindset about the market before thinking of becoming a trader, from the experience he shares in his post it can be used as a reference for traders to be able to manage emotions and fantasies so as not to become a failed trader.

I found this article worthy of taking the number one spot for the day, it's a piece that provides a headway for users that are new to the technical analysis in the crypto ecosystem and other financial sectors that uses some of the parameters discussed in the article.
The author analyzed what are candlesticks, charts, and time frames in technical analysis, it's a comprehensive piece with a graphical representation of each. It appears the author has dedicated an appreciable time to writing this which gave birth to a great article. It deserves the top spot, no doubt.

This week is a testament to the ability of the steemit platform to change his working life after he worked a lot and did not earn in return what preserves his dignity due to the inflation that affected the value of his local currency in Nigeria.
He then presented his daily, weekly and monthly spending based on what he earned from the platform, detailing the price of each product he was entitled to or the service he used, according to the standard of living in his Lagos area.
To end by showing the negative impact of the current downturn of cryptocurrencies on his spending, so we wish him more work on the platform and it will be released in the market soon.

This post is currently at the top of my curated posts list. The author shared an interesting comparison between programming and web development. I believe we all understand the significance of these two skills in determining one's future. The author also discussed the importance of these skills and demonstrated both their differences and similarities in a simple manner.

It is difficult not to choose this user, I would like to be able to vary more but there is not a post that has been uploaded this day related to finances or technology more complete than this one.
The user took the subject and explained it in a great way, you can read from history to his opinion, in addition the post is illustrated with photos quite related to the subject.

In this post, the author explains what the stock market is, where companies sell part of their property at an agreed price, and these shares are sold in order to raise capital. Likewise, the crypto market has grown and platforms have been created for the purpose of exchanging tokens and/or cryptocurrencies.
Then the author shows us some similarities and differences between the stock market and the crypto market. Finally, he shows what may happen in the future with cryptocurrencies.

During my curation this week, I came across this user's article in which she explained in detail about "Bank lending, financial statements, and Bank assets" which are all good elements of activities that are usually carried out in the bank. She explained each of these elements with their brief functions to the banking sector in a good and understanding manner.
This is why I found this user's article to be my top article for the day with an additional advantage of her club75 status while also in support of burnsteem25.
Best Regards,
