Week 5 Curation Report | Finance, Business and Crypto Curation Team| @steemcurator05

Hello all steemians,

March 20, 2022 was the deadline for the fifth week of upvoting on articles related to business, finance and cryptocurrencies by @steemcurator05, such as and usually, we note a stability of the total number of posts, which amounted to 117 posts divided on the three domains, many other posts have also been ignored because many users have not yet understood what we are upvoting for.

The fifth week of the curation witnessed a scarcity of articles with good content, despite the lack of articles with plagiarism. This thing calls for further consideration of what aims to write in such areas, and we will present later a series of observations and recommendations in the hope that they will be taken into account in the remainder of this season and seasons coming. And let's move on without further ado to the important stats and notes for this week.

The observations of our curators after 4 weeks of work within our curation team:

This week I got several quality posts. Among them, I've selected only those authors who are successfully participating in the club event (at least #club5050) and have had no power down history within the last one month. I use the Steemcryptic tool (tagsearcher) that shows power down users(red marked). Maximum users are now familiar with the club event. Also, they are trying to update their club status by switching from #club5050 to #club75 or #club100. But posts with the #crypto tag are of very low quality, and the majority of authors post on their blogs rather than in communities. There are also many irrelevant posts with our tags. For these reasons, I've skipped many posts. However, the users are doing better than before, and I appreciate it.

It was a good day to cure, within the little content that is usually published for this topic, there were some good publications and as always others that did not reach the necessary quality, lately I have been forced to skip a lot of content.
Too much content has been posted that has nothing to do with the topic the team is dealing with under the related tags.
The best content is found among users who start small businesses, content related to cryptocurrencies is usually of low quality.
Sadly I have to say that most of the content published for the theme leaves a lot to be desired in various aspects.

Today I found few quality posts, and many that did not meet any club. They are almost always the same users who post week after week, however, 3 or 4 users are new to posting with these tags.
I invited 4 users to join club5050 in order to receive a positive vote.

In this week, I experience a great increase in quality content and club status because majority of my Curated contents belongs to #club75 and #club100. I saw a few number of quality publications that belongs to club50 and i encouraged them to step up to club75, so luckily they accepted that they will be stepping up soon.

There were also lot's of publications that didn't belongs to my field of interest but had the #fbcrypto and #crypto tags, however, I had to skip them because I'm interested only in Curating contents that belongs to either #fbcrypto, #business, #crypto, #finance and #steemexclusive tags .

I came across almost thesame people that I curated last week, which means just few persons added. I hope to see new users engaged into publishing contents that belongs to the #fbcrypto tags so as to get support from us because I see just few users are publishing contents under this field .

No Club : I give curation to posts that do not meet one of the clubs, this is based on the age of the account that is still too young, he has just completed achievement 5 Task 1, his post with the theme Home Work Task of Tron Fan Club Tutorial || Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology By moneyster is the 7th publication while active on steemit 22 days ago. Based on club criteria, users have been active for at least 1 month making posts and doing Power-Ups comparable to cash outs or bigger power-ups.

Plagiarism : I am using https://plagiarismdetector.net/ to track plagiarism and so far during curation I have not found any plagiarism activity

Skipped Articles : In general, content that meets the requirements for upvote but is skipped is caused by not joining one of the existing clubs, for example, cash out is greater than power-up. In contrast to the post I mentioned above, it didn't meet the club but got curation, I gave the curation because he had shown his power-up effort without cash out, only time was an obstacle to joining one club. The rest of the content is skipped as it doesn't suit Crypto, Business and finance Topics. Today I found a lot of Art NFT content using the fbcrypto hashtag and it didn't meet the curation requirements.

I found a lot of short articles and the writers share two or three of such per day, this energy could have been channeled into producing one solid article. A practice like this appeared to me as reward farming and I skipped most of those articles that fall in that category, and I'd hope users would create great articles subsequently.

For the fifth week in a row, we notice the scarcity of good articles, which makes it difficult for us to choose and forces us to compromise on some of the criteria adopted in the evaluation.

As for the field that we vote for, most of the articles belong to other activities such as enterpreuniat and the arts, and that is the designs for NFT images, which is what prompted the supervisors to integrate these fields next season with the field of technology in the hope of raising the level of choices.

We also note the participation of several participants who still do not belong to any club, which is something that we have noted since the beginning of our working days. So I invite everyone to at least participate in #club5050 and to get a better vote you can participate in the rest of the clubs.

Why?

This article talks of how this user have invested so much in STEEM token as she went ahead to explain how this investment in STEEM token have secured her finance and she talked of some of her gains and returns as she have invested in this token.

She briefly narrated some of the ways and methods one can use to acquire STEEM before Powering it up so as to invest in it because investing in STEEM is simply by power up(hold as Steem Power) not by holding it as STEEM. She also gave the importance when you invest in this STEEM token which were awesome and pretty cool

She went ahead to share her own personal experience as she have invested a huge amount of STEEM on the steemit platform, I most say that her experience is remarkable and outstanding as she has investment about 36K worth of STEEM on this platform.
