Weekly Report as Country Representative of India by @monz122|| From 11 Oct -19th Oct ||

Hello everyone this is Monz from India hope my Country Representative friends are doing great and enjoying working for the respective countries it's my pleasure to work with you guys and learn something new everyday so here I am with my 8th report of the week.

This week has really been a tougher one as I had two days of curation for the theme of contest from my team Millionaire group as last week I was out of station so I was unable to curate so this week 2 days of Curation was successfully done by me. So let's now move on to our this week's report.

Status of my Personal Account

This week comparatively had been a busy one as I had to continuous days of curation so My target of visiting 100 accounts in a week got pended this week.
Maintaining my voting CSI at 12.7 % I visited almost 89 accounts including the newcomers community . Powering Up 50+ Steems this week I have maintained my position at club75 and is few steps away from 17K Steem Power.

I have also taken the responsibility and role as a moderator in "HotNews Community" and I will definitely work hard and do my duties as a moderator of this community.

Community Activities this week

Having distributed the rewards of promotion of community contest a new contest has been organised for the engagement of more and more people the topic of which is"My Favourite Detox Drink" the soul motive of this contest is to engage more and more people through participation in this contest.

An idea about Steemit Development Incentive Program regarding late verification of new accounts has been discussed by me. Another post regarding offline promotion of this platform has been made by me to attract large number of people in future for this platform.

Curation work from Sc-03's Account

This week continuous on Saturday and Sunday I curated more than 30 contest posts and few comments I am very happy that this week we got to see almost 500 active contests on this platform which is a great achievement and more successful contests are on the way. I am so happy that the team is satisfied with the work of "Millionaire" team which has been resollected for the month of November and its the best decision taken by steemit team according to me.

Conclusion

So this was my eighth week's work as a country representative from India and after discussion with rme sir and the team we came to a conclusion that though there are three Communities from India but the theme of each Community is different and I will definitely work hard for steemIndia to regain its glory.
