Weekly Report as Country Representative of India by @monz122|| From 4th Dec-14th Dec ||

Hello everyone this is Monz from India, hope you people are doing great enjoying your days happily! I am here with another week's report . As we are very near to the Christmas I hope all my friends are ready to welcome Christmas and New year so do I. I am lucky to be a part of this platform specially this community and very much thankful to Steemit team.

I am focusing to make Indiaspeaks community consistent and and active community so we appointed 2 moderators among which @dove11 organised a contest #MyFirstCrush and we received 5+ entries. We will consistently be organising contests on the community.

My Personal Account's Status

I have delegated most of my Steempower to the Community Curation account so having curated the accounts from community account we are now coming on to the voting CSI of Community Curation account.
Voting CSI 8.6 ( 0.00 % self, 74 upvotes, 55 accounts, last 7d ).

With Steem Power of 17981 Steem power, this week I powered up 150 + Steems as these days I am powering up 100 % Steems of mine. Plus 4k plus Steem in Community Curation account which comes to total of 22k Steems.

Ongoing Statistics of Community

As we changed the name of the community from Steemindia Community to Indiaspeaks we have now gained some members from other communities and I am trying hard to make it a community of 100+ active members.

We are working on making a new telegram channel for #IndiaSpeaks Community which will be probably started within a week. This week we will also be organising a new contest in the community.

So above was the report of this week and as I am having my CMA exams from first week of January I am busy preparing for the same for which I think I would be needing a week's break or two, but the community's work will be in full swing as in near future we will be inviting more of the moderators.
