Dear Steemit Team,
It is yet another week and i deem it a great privilege to have had this honor as a greeter to help the newcomers community in receiving and grooming newbies, curating and leading them on the path to becoming great steemians for the blockchain.

This week we had some new changes come onboard once for the curation of newcomers with VP adjustment with the rating and a new way of verifying introduced, now newbies are verified and in addition to their badges the rate is added to make things a bit more easier for curation.
Voting power has also been adjusted to manage how quickly the account may drain. Again, the number of votes that may be administered per achievement posts has also been given accordingly with 10 maximum for achievement 1. This also seeks to manage the value of voting and rate of drainage.
For this week i was able to successfully verify 27 achievement tasks mostly comprising of achievement 1 which is the main duty of a greeter. I did step out once or twice two to help on others. Below is a list of achievement tasks verified;

As an african country curator i got the chance to curate twice this week that's on Tuesday and Saturday and i was able to visit a total of 43 verified posts to curate, they comprised mainly of Ghanaian verified posts. Please find list of users curated with curator03;

I was also able to support both newbies and old members with my now 7,411.84 effective SP. There was no self voting, i was able to issue out 275 votes to 146 counts within the past 7days. Communities operated in included, Steem-Ghana, Promosteem and Newcomer's Community
