This is just to update that, we can get the newly registered Steemit users from #SUT.

I have gone through around 50+ newly registered Steemit users profile. Few of them were spam profiles and few posted already in the different communities including Newcomers. I commented for below new users with a welcome note and guided them with detailed instructions to participate in Newcomers' Achievement Program and suggested to go through different tutorials related to Steemit.

Spam account Identified, all 3 accounts are of same user

All 3 above accounts are used for same movie promotion. I think such accounts are usually used for 1 time promotion activity or spamming. I think there are many similar accounts being created everyday on Steem blockchain, I will mention those here in my posts so that Steemit team can remove/delete or can take appropriate action on those accounts to free blockchain resources. I am sure Steemit team might have already implemented some automated process to handle such accounts.

I am planning to guide and welcome newly registered users on regular basis. I hope this will help in increasing the new user's retention. Also, sometimes new user feels that he/she is lost or they struggle to find the next right steps after registration so It may reduce the number of drop-outs
