WEEKLY COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE REPORT FROM @NGOENYI, NIGERIA (WEEK ENDING 28TH September, 2021) BY @NGOENYI

Dear Steem POD Team

It is my pleasure to report my activities which I carried out within the week under review. I am happy to engage in various aspects of the activities that are required from me as a country representative for my country Nigeria. Below are my activities.

AS A GREETER IN THE NEWCOMERS ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM

Participating in the work of greeting and verifying newcomers achievement posts has been of great joy to me. It only saddens me that I can not verify them all whose achievement posts are pending but I did me best this week. Below are the daily reports I made which are not less than 30 achievement posts in each which I attended to within the week.

On the whole I worked on 150 achievement posts.

AS A CURATOR WITH @STEEMCURATOR03 AND STEEMCURATOR04

I also did the work of curating achievement posts and the posts of my fellow steemians in Nigeria using the curation accounts mentioned above. Below are the screenshots I took from the spreadsheet where I recorded the posts I curated:

• This week, I had the previllage of curating with @steemcurator04 which I used to support my fellow steemians in my country

MY PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING PRINTING OF STEEMKIDS COMMUNITY T-SHIRTS

The new trend forme is steem promotion and I participated with passion this past week. Every day of the past week was for promotion. Apart from assisting steemians with the sign ups of their newbies both on other social media and physical, I also joined in promotion.

For instance, on Monday, I promoted steem in University of Uyo mini stadium where they were having tournament. I was given the previllage to talk to the group of players before they went into the field. @meri2018 played key role in connecting me to them. I along with @benton3 and @benson6 were present.

I also joined @ijelady in promoting steem using the steemkids community t-shirts where we recruited and guided newbies with their achievement tasks.

Thursday was for the SHOUTOUT promotion using promo-steem t-shirts where I also took part

Friday was steemalive community roadshow. I took part also and this day, I also had the opportunity to promote steem in a conference organized by building students in the University of Uyo along with other promoters in with me

To wrap up the week, I organized a meet up and football game where we had the opportunity to socialize and promote steem. It recorded huge success

PRINTING OF ADDITIONAL STEEMKIDS COMMUNITY T-SHIRTS

A lot of people have expressed interest in using steemkids community t-shirts for promotion and the first batch that I printed was just 12 in number. So I decided to print second batch and this time, I printed 24 and I added additional things in the design like Steem logo in front and "#catchthemyoung, write post and earn" at the back to represent us we'll

MY POWERUP PROMOTION

Power up is also a way to promote steem. As a founder of steemkids community, I started a #savebypowerup promotion which takes place each Sunday. I encourage everyone to participate with a little prize that is distributed to the kids and to the kid's lovers. The main point or aim is for us all to build our steempower which we can use to support quality posts.

I didn't just encourage others, I make sure that the community account participates and I participate with my own account too.

Leading by example is the best way to help others grow. I believe in making sacrifices and planning for the future. What better way to show the kids the way if not by example. I am glad to associate myself with the kids all around the world. The happiness knows no bounds.

MY PLANS

I will also participate in the the coming week's promotion, do my work as a representative for my country and pioneer the affairs of steemkids community.

To the best of my ability, I will also do my work in other communities I am moderating.

I am glad to work in my capacity as a country representative for Nigeria.
