STEEM GREETERS CURATION REPORT & ADDITIONAL NEWCOMERS TO STEEM GHANA [22/05 - 28/05]

Greetings steemit team,

During the past week, I reviewed and curated various posts within the Newcomer's Community placing emphasis of posts from ghanaian origin. This is to help me keep track of our progress and help better ourselves as a community. At times, these posts do not satisfy the requirement of the achievement post tasks so instructions are given to guide newcomers in doing so. We have also had a number of recruits joining us here on the platform which is good but they must also strive and complete their achievement post tasks for complete understanding of this platform. Most of them are following our directives and are both active and are continuously making efforts to complete their achievement post tasks.

Curators have been asked to vote a maximum of 3 users of achievement one posts to be able to minimize the drainin gof the voting mana. Now, with the joint efforts of greeters and greeter helpers, the work has been more efficient but we still await the use of rating system to do curation.

As a steem greeter, here are the various achievement posts I reviewed and curated.

NEWCOMERS

Last week, we had a good number of newcomers to add to our ghanaian community on steemit. They have been encouraged to strive and complete their achievement post task for a better understanding of the steemit ecosystem but we have been giving guidance through interactions on our platforms as well as on the phone.

I also try to identify various newcomers with 0 SP so that I can support them with some delegation till their first achievement posts payout. That way, they would have adequate resource credits and can do some curation on their own as well.

I also used my personal account (@njaywan) to curate various posts from the World of football community, the Steem Ghana community and several other posts on this platform. Overall, a total of 335 upvotes were rendered to support 174 different accounts.
