MY PROGRESS REPORT AND ACTION PLAN FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH OF JUNE by @njiatanga,,,, 13/06/2021

Greetings fellow steemians, we are now into the mid month of the year 2021, with a lot more innovative initiatives sprinting out on the steemit platform each day. With all happening i haven't been left out as i have also been contributing my quota in growing this prestigious community. For these past weeks of June, my steemit activities have been geared towards growing the steem-cameroon community, supporting and mentoring steemians form Cameroon, creating initiatives such as contest and radio promo programs while supporting other initiatives all in bit to enable Cameroonian steemians get all the support the need to remain active a steeming

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT FOR THE PAST WEEKS

What i have been doing for steem for the previous weeks of June, i have been directly involve in activities such as creating accounts for newbies and mentorship, steem radio promo campaign program, community support for steemians in the #steem-cameroon community and also have been present for our country representative and moderator meetings where we have made resolutions for a lot of initiatives to be lunched in the days ahead.

**Work at the steemit literacy center where we brought in some more chairs, carpet and equipment for the office space to be able to adequately attend to steemians needs

Next i have been working in collaboration with fellow country representatives @saxopedia, @thegreens and community Mod @fombae to see how we can ensure continuous growth in the steem-cameroon community. In effect we held a two days meeting to discuss on some strategic issues of the community.

This strategic meeting was focused on following thematic areas

Challenges of Steemians
Proposed solutions- Review and Curation Spreadsheet
Distribution of Steem Greeters, Verification Blog Review and Curation workload
Distribution of Contests Management and Blogging for Steem Cameroon.
Distribution of Monitoring and Evaluation and Weekly reports
Differentiation between personal and Steem Cameroon Projects
Steem Cameroon Charity Projects
Steem Cameroon Project Coordinators
Other Matters

For the remaining quarter of June, i intend to be doing the following to aid the progress of steem in Cameroon

Plan and coordinate the Cameroon steemit promo weekly contest via the steem-cameroon community account.
Block reviews for Cameroonian steemians to ensure equitable support.
Co-run the Steemit Newbies Encouragement Program with @fombae via the steem-cameroon community account
Curation of achievement tasks in the newcomers community
Newbies account creation and mentorship
Perform weekly training activities at the steemit literacy center
